1Dem Vorsänger. Von den Kindern Korahs. Ein Psalm. (047-2) Klatscht in die Hände, ihr Völker alle! Jauchzet Gott mit fröhlichem Schall!

2(047-3) Denn der HERR, der Höchste, ist zu fürchten, ein großer König über die ganze Erde.

3(047-4) Er wird die Völker unter uns zwingen und die Nationen unter unsre Füße.

4(047-5) Er wird uns unser Erbteil erwählen, den Stolz Jakobs, den er geliebt. (Pause.)

5(047-6) Gott ist aufgefahren mit Jauchzen, der HERR mit dem Schall der Posaune.

6(047-7) Lobsinget, lobsinget Gott! Lobsinget, lobsinget unserm König!

7(047-8) Denn Gott ist König der ganzen Erde; lobsinget andächtig!

8(047-9) Gott herrscht über die Völker, Gott sitzt auf seinem heiligen Thron.

9(047-10) Die Edlen der Völker haben sich versammelt zum Volk des Gottes Abrahams; denn Gott gehören die Schilde der Erde; er ist sehr erhaben.

2Porque Jehová el Altísimo es terrible; Rey grande sobre toda la tierra.

3El sujetará á los pueblos debajo de nosotros, y á las gentes debajo de nuestros pies.

4El nos elegirá nuestras heredades; la hermosura de Jacob, al cual amó. (Selah.)

5Subió Dios con júbilo, Jehová con sonido de trompeta.

6Cantad á Dios, cantad: cantad á nuestro Rey, cantad.

7Porque Dios es el Rey de toda la tierra: cantad con inteligencia.

8Reinó Dios sobre las gentes: asentóse Dios sobre su santo trono.

9Los príncipes de los pueblos se juntaron al pueblo del Dios de Abraham: porque de Dios son los escudos de la tierra; él es muy ensalzado.

1O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

2For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

3He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

4He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.

5God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

6Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

7For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

8God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.

9The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.
