Salmos 45
Biblia Torres Amat
1Hirviendo está el pecho mío en sublimes pensamientos. Al rey consagro yo esta obra. Mi lengua es pluma de amanuense que escribe muy ligero.
2¡Oh tú el más gentil en hermosura entre los hijos de los hombres!, derramada se ve la gracia en tus labios; por eso te bendijo Dios para siempre.
3Cíñete al lado tu espada, ¡oh rey potentísimo!
4Con tu gallardía y hermosura camina, avanza prósperamente, y reina por medio de la verdad, y de la mansedumbre y de la justicia; y tu diestra te conducirá a cosas maravillosas.
5Tus penetrantes saetas traspasarán, oh rey, los corazones de tus enemigos; se rendirán a ti los pueblos.
6El trono tuyo, ¡oh Dios!, permanece por los siglos de los siglos; el cetro de tu reino es cetro de rectitud.
7Amaste la justicia y aborreciste la iniquidad; por eso te ungió, ¡oh Dios!, el Dios tuyo con óleo de alegría, con preferencia a tus compañeros.
8Mirra, áloe y casia exhalan tus vestidos, al salir de las estancias de marfil en que con su olor te han recreado.
9Hijas de reyes son tus damas de honor; a tu diestra está la reina con vestido bordado de oro, y engalanada con varios adornos.
10Escucha, ¡oh hija!, y considera. y presta atento oído, y olvida tu pueblo y la casa de tu padre.
11Y el rey se enamorará más de tu beldad; porque él es el Señor Dios tuyo, a quien todos han de adorar.
12Las hijas de Tiro vendrán con dones, y te presentarán humildes súplicas todos los poderosos del pueblo.
13En el interior está la principal gloria o lucimiento de la hija del rey; ella está cubierta de un vestido con varios adornos,
14y recamado con franjas de oro. Serán presentadas al rey las vírgenes que han de formar el séquito de ella; ante tu presencia serán traídas sus compañeras.
15Conducidas serán con fiestas y con regocijos, al templo o palacio del rey serán llevadas.
16En lugar de tus padres te nacerán hijos; los cuales establecerán príncipes sobre la tierra.
17Estos conservarán la memoria de tu Nombre por todas las generaciones. Por esto los pueblos te cantarán alabanzas eternamente por los siglos de los siglos.

2Haste hermoseado más que los hijos de los hombres; la gracia se derramó en tus labios: por tanto Dios te ha bendecido para siempre.
3Cíñete tu espada sobre el muslo, oh valiente, con tu gloria y con tu majestad.
4Y en tu gloria sé prosperado: cabalga sobre palabra de verdad, y de humildad, y de justicia; y tu diestra te enseñará cosas terribles.
5Tus saetas agudas con que caerán pueblos debajo de ti, penetrarán en el corazón de los enemigos del Rey.
6Tu trono, oh Dios, eterno y para siempre: vara de justicia la vara de tu reino.
7Amaste la justicia y aborreciste la maldad: por tanto te ungió Dios, el Dios tuyo, con óleo de gozo sobre tus compañeros.
8Mirra, áloe, y casia exhalan todos tus vestidos: en estancias de marfil te han recreado.
9Hijas de reyes entre tus ilustres: está la reina á tu diestra con oro de Ophir.
10Oye, hija, y mira, é inclina tu oído; y olvida tu pueblo, y la casa de tu padre;
11Y deseará el rey tu hermosura: é inclínate á él, porque él es tu Señor.
12Y las hijas de Tiro vendrán con presente; implorarán tu favor los ricos del pueblo.
13Toda ilustre es de dentro la hija del rey: de brocado de oro es su vestido.
14Con vestidos bordados será llevada al rey; vírgenes en pos de ella: sus compañeras serán traídas á ti.
15Serán traídas con alegría y gozo: entrarán en el palacio del rey.
16En lugar de tus padres serán tus hijos, á quienes harás príncipes en toda la tierra.
17Haré perpetua la memoria de tu nombre en todas las generaciones: por lo cual te alabarán los pueblos eternamente y para siempre.

1My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
2Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.
3Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.
4And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.
5Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king’s enemies; whereby the people fall under thee.
6Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
7Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
8All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.
9Kings’ daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.
10Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father’s house;
11So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.
12And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour.
13The king’s daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.
14She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.
15With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king’s palace.
16Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth.
17I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.
World English Bible
1My heart overflows with a noble theme. I recite my verses for the king. My tongue is like the pen of a skillful writer.
2You are the most excellent of the sons of men. Grace has anointed your lips, therefore God has blessed you forever.
3Strap your sword on your thigh, O mighty one, in your splendor and your majesty.
4In your majesty ride on victoriously on behalf of truth, humility, and righteousness. Let your right hand display awesome deeds.
5Your arrows are sharp. The nations fall under you, with arrows in the heart of the king’s enemies.
6Your throne, God, is forever and ever. A scepter of equity is the scepter of your kingdom.
7You have loved righteousness, and hated wickedness. Therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.
8All your garments smell like myrrh, aloes, and cassia. Out of ivory palaces stringed instruments have made you glad.
9Kings’ daughters are among your honorable women. At your right hand the queen stands in gold of Ophir.
10Listen, daughter, consider, and turn your ear. Forget your own people, and also your father’s house.
11So the king will desire your beauty, honor him, for he is your lord.
12The daughter of Tyre comes with a gift. The rich among the people entreat your favor.
13The princess inside is all glorious. Her clothing is interwoven with gold.
14She shall be led to the king in embroidered work. The virgins, her companions who follow her, shall be brought to you.
15With gladness and rejoicing they shall be led. They shall enter into the king’s palace.
16Your sons will take the place of your fathers. You shall make them princes in all the earth.
17I will make your name to be remembered in all generations. Therefore the peoples shall give you thanks forever and ever.
