Nova Bíblia Viva
1Esperarei com confiança pela ajuda do Senhor. Ele se inclinou para mim e ouviu meu pedido de socorro.
2Ele me tirou do fundo de um poço de desespero e medo, de um atoleiro de lama; ele me fez andar sobre uma rocha e firmou os meus passos.
3Colocou uma nova canção em minha boca, um hino de louvor ao nosso Deus. Muita gente verá o que ele fez por mim e passará a respeitar o Senhor e confiar nele.
4Há muitas bênçãos para aquele que confia no Senhor e que não depende de homens orgulhosos, nem se apega aos mentirosos.
5Senhor, meu Senhor! São muitas as maravilhas que tem feito para nós. Os seus planos são perfeitos. Ninguém pode ser comparado ao Senhor. Gostaria de anunciar ao mundo as suas grandes obras, mas elas são numerosas demais!
6O que o Senhor deseja do seu povo não são sacrifícios e ofertas; o Senhor não deseja sacrifícios e ofertas, mas ouvidos prontos a obedecer à sua voz.
7Por isso eu disse: Aqui estou, conforme está escrito no Livro.
8Minha maior alegria é fazer a sua vontade, ó meu Deus. A sua lei está gravada no meu coração.
9Anuncio a todo o povo as boas notícias de justiça. Não fico calado, e o Senhor sabe disso muito bem.
10Não guardo só para mim essas boas notícias. Anuncio em alto e bom som a sua fidelidade e a sua salvação. Não escondo do povo a sua graça e a sua verdade.
11Senhor, não me deixe sem a sua misericórdia; permita que eu seja protegido pelo seu amor e pela sua verdade,
12porque os problemas que enfrento são grandes demais. Minhas culpas me alcançaram, e já não consigo enxergar; são muitas, mais que os fios de cabelo da minha cabeça. Por isso, estou muito desanimado.
13Por favor, Senhor, vem libertar-me! Depressa, Senhor, socorra-me!
14Cubra de vergonha e desonra todos os inimigos que tentam acabar comigo. Faça seus planos falharem, porque eles se alegram com o meu sofrimento.
15Que fiquem chocados com a sua própria desgraça aqueles que zombam de mim.
16Mas alegrem-se e fiquem contentes no Senhor todos aqueles que o buscam; aqueles que amam o Senhor; que possam sempre dizer: “Grande é o Senhor!”
17Quanto a mim, sou pobre e necessitado, porém o Senhor se importa comigo e cuida de mim. O Senhor é o meu apoio e o meu Salvador! Venha salvar-me! Venha depressa, ó meu Deus.

1Al Músico principal: Salmo de David. RESIGNADAMENTE esperé á Jehová, é inclinóse á mí, y oyó mi clamor.
2E hízome sacar de un lago de miseria, del lodo cenagoso; y puso mis pies sobre peña, y enderezó mis pasos.
3Puso luego en mi boca canción nueva, alabanza á nuestro Dios. Verán esto muchos, y temerán, y esperarán en Jehová.
4Bienaventurado el hombre que puso á Jehová por su confianza, y no mira á los soberbios, ni á los que declinan á la mentira.
5Aumentado has tú, oh Jehová Dios mío, tus maravillas; y tus pensamientos para con nosotros, no te los podremos contar: si yo anunciare y hablare de ellos, no pueden ser enarrados.
6Sacrificio y presente no te agrada; has abierto mis oídos; holocausto y expiación no has demandado.
7Entonces dije: He aquí, vengo; en el envoltorio del libro está escrito de mí:
8El hacer tu voluntad, Dios mío, hame agradado; y tu ley está en medio de mis entrañas.
9Anunciado he justicia en grande congregación: he aquí no detuve mis labios, Jehová, tú lo sabes.
10No encubrí tu justicia dentro de mi corazón: tu verdad y tu salvación he dicho: no oculté tu misericordia y tu verdad en grande concurso.
11Tú, Jehová, no apartes de mí tus misericordias: tu misericordia y tu verdad me guarden siempre.
12Porque me han cercado males hasta no haber cuento: hanme comprendido mis maldades, y no puedo levantar la vista: hanse aumentado más que los cabellos de mi cabeza, y mi corazón me falta.
13Quieras, oh Jehová, librarme; Jehová, apresúrate á socorrerme.
14Sean avergonzados y confusos á una los que buscan mi vida para cortarla: vuelvan atrás y avergüéncense los que mi mal desean.
15Sean asolados en pago de su afrenta los que me dicen: ¡Ea, ea!
16Gócense y alégrense en ti todos los que te buscan; y digan siempre los que aman tu salud: Jehová sea ensalzado.
17Aunque afligido yo y necesitado, Jehová pensará de mí: mi ayuda y mi libertador eres tú; Dios mío, no te tardes.

1I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
3And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
4Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
6Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
7Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
9I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.
10I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
11Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
12For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
13Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
14Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
15Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.
16Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
17But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.

1I waited patiently for the LORD. He turned to me, and heard my cry.
2He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.
3He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
4Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, and doesn’t respect the proud, nor such as turn away to lies.
5Many, LORD, my God, are the wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are toward us. They can’t be declared back to you. If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be counted.
6Sacrifice and offering you didn’t desire. You have opened my ears. You have not required burnt offering and sin offering.
7Then I said, “Behold, I have come. It is written about me in the book in the scroll.
8I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”
9I have proclaimed glad news of righteousness in the great assembly. Behold, I will not seal my lips, LORD, you know.
10I have not hidden your righteousness within my heart. I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your loving kindness and your truth from the great assembly.
11Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, LORD. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me.
12For innumerable evils have surrounded me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up. They are more than the hairs of my head. My heart has failed me.
13Be pleased, LORD, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, LORD.
14Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt.
15Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me, “Aha! Aha!”
16Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let such as love your salvation say continually, “Let the LORD be exalted!”
17But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Don’t delay, my God.
