Ein Lied Davids auf der Flucht vor seinem Sohne Absalom.

Salmo de David, cuando huía de delante de Absalom su hijo. ¡OH Jehová, cuánto se han multiplicado mis enemigos! muchos se levantan contra mí.

LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

LORD, how my adversaries have increased! Many are those who rise up against me.

Wie sind's, Herr, meiner Dränger viel!So viel, die aufstehn gegen mich!

Muchos dicen de mi vida: No hay para él salud en Dios. (Selah.)

Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

Many there are who say of my soul, “There is no help for him in God.” Selah.

Wie mancher sagt von mir:"Für ihn gibt's keine Hilfe mehr bei Gott!" (Sela.)

Mas tú, Jehová, eres escudo alrededor de mí: mi gloria, y el que ensalza mi cabeza.

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.

Du aber, Herr, Du bist um mich ein Schild;Du bist mein Siegesruhm, und Du erhebst mein Haupt. -

Con mi voz clamé á Jehová, y él me respondió desde el monte de su santidad. (Selah.)

I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

I cry to the LORD with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah.

Ich rufe laut zum Herrn;von seinem heiligen Berg erhört er mich. (Sela.)

Yo me acosté, y dormí, y desperté; porque Jehová me sostuvo.

I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

I laid myself down and slept. I awakened, for the LORD sustains me.

Ich leg mich nieder, schlafe ein,und ich erwache wieder; der Herr verleiht mir Kraft. -

No temeré de diez millares de pueblos, que pusieren cerco contra mí.

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.

Ich fürchte mich deswegen nicht vor vielen Tausenden,die um mich her sich lagern. -

Levántate, Jehová; sálvame, Dios mío: porque tú heriste á todos mis enemigos en la quijada; los dientes de los malos quebrantaste.

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

Arise, LORD! Save me, my God! For you have struck all of my enemies on the cheek bone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.

Auf, Herr! Mein Gott! Hilf mir!Oh, schlügest Du doch allen meinen Feinden ins Gesicht,zerschmettertest Gottlosen ihre Zähne! - Des Herren ist der Sieg,Dich hoch zu preisen Deines Volkes Pflicht!

De Jehová es la salud: sobre tu pueblo será tu bendición. (Selah.)

Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

Salvation belongs to the LORD. May your blessing be on your people. Selah.
