The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!
The king rejoices in your strength, LORD! How greatly he rejoices in your salvation!
Jahwe, über deine Macht freut sich der König und über deine Hilfe - wie frohlockt er so sehr!
El deseo de su corazón le diste, y no le negaste lo que sus labios pronunciaron. (Selah.)

For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.

Vida te demandó, y dístele largura de días por siglos y siglos.
He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever.

Leben erbat er von dir, du gabst es ihm - langes Leben für immer und ewig.
Grande es su gloria en tu salud: honra y majestad has puesto sobre él.
His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him.
His glory is great in your salvation. You lay honor and majesty on him.
Groß ist sein Ruhm durch deine Hilfe, Majestät und Hoheit legtest du auf ihn.
Porque lo has bendecido para siempre; llenástelo de alegría con tu rostro.
For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.
For you make him most blessed forever. You make him glad with joy in your presence.
Denn du setzest ihn zu großem Segen für immer, erfreust ihn mit Wonne vor deinem Angesicht.
Por cuanto el rey confía en Jehová, y en la misericordia del Altísimo, no será conmovido.
For the king trusteth in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.
For the king trusts in the LORD. Through the loving kindness of the Most High, he shall not be moved.
Denn der König vertraut auf Jahwe, und die Huld des Höchsten macht, daß er nicht wankt.
Alcanzará tu mano á todos tus enemigos; tu diestra alcanzará á los que te aborrecen.
Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
Your hand will find out all of your enemies. Your right hand will find out those who hate you.
Deine Hand wird alle deine Feinde erreichen, deine Rechte wird erreichen, die dich hassen.
Ponerlos has como horno de fuego en el tiempo de tu ira: Jehová los deshará en su furor, y fuego los consumirá.
Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.
You will make them as a fiery furnace in the time of your anger. The LORD will swallow them up in his wrath. The fire shall devour them.
Du wirst sie einem Feuerofen gleich machen, wenn du erscheinst; Jahwe wird sie in seinem Zorne vertilgen und Feuer sie verzehren.
Su fruto destruirás de la tierra, y su simiente de entre los hijos de los hombres.
Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from among the children of men.
Ihre Frucht wirst du von der Erde hinwegtilgen und ihre Nachkommen aus den Menschenkindern.
Porque trazaron el mal contra ti: fraguaron maquinaciones, mas no prevalecerán.
For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.
For they intended evil against you. They plotted evil against you which cannot succeed.
Wenn sie Böses auf dich herabsenken wollen, Tückisches ersinnen, werden sie nichts ausrichten.
Pues tú los pondrás en fuga, cuando aparejares en tus cuerdas las saetas contra sus rostros.
Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them.
For you will make them turn their back, when you aim drawn bows at their face.
Denn du wirst sie in die Flucht schlagen, mit deinen Sehnen auf ihre Gesichter zielen.
Ensálzate, oh Jehová, con tu fortaleza: cantaremos y alabaremos tu poderío.
Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.
Be exalted, LORD, in your strength, so we will sing and praise your power.
Erhebe dich, Jahwe, in deiner Macht, so wollen wir singen und preisen deine Stärke!
