Salmo de David. JEHOVÁ, ¿quién habitará en tu tabernáculo? ¿quién residirá en el monte de tu santidad?
LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
LORD, who shall dwell in your sanctuary? Who shall live on your holy hill?
Ho detto al Signore: Tu se' il mio Dio, e de' miei beni non hai bisogno.
El que anda en integridad, y obra justicia, y habla verdad en su corazón.
He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
He who walks blamelessly and does what is right, and speaks truth in his heart;
A pro de' santi, che sono nella terra di lui adempiè egli mirabilmente ogni mia volontà.
El que no detrae con su lengua, ni hace mal á su prójimo, ni contra su prójimo acoge oprobio alguno.
He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
he who doesn’t slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his friend, nor casts slurs against his fellow man;
Eran moltiplicate le loro miserie: dietro a queste camminavano velocemente. Non convocherò le loro adunanze di sangue, né rammenterò i loro nomi colle mie labbra.
Aquel á cuyos ojos es menospreciado el vil; mas honra á los que temen á Jehová: y habiendo jurado en daño suyo, no por eso muda.
In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
in whose eyes a vile man is despised, but who honors those who fear the LORD; he who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and doesn’t change;
Il Signore è la porzione di mio retaggio, e del mio calice: tu se' quegli, che a me restituirai la mia eredità.
Quien su dinero no dió á usura, ni contra el inocente tomó cohecho. El que hace estas cosas, no resbalará para siempre.
He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
he who doesn’t lend out his money for usury, nor take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be shaken.
La sorte è caduta per me sopra le cose migliori: e certamente la mia eredità è preziosa per me.

Benedirò il Signore, che a me da consiglio: e di più ancor nella notte il mio cuore mi istruì.

Io antivedeva sempre dinanzi a me il Signore, perché egli si sta alla mia destra, affinchè io non sia smosso.

Mi facesti conoscere le vie della vita, mi ricolmerai di allegrezza colla tua faccia: delizie eterne sono alla tua destra. Credesi composto nel tempo della persecuzione di Saul. Chiede con grande affetto di non essere sopraffatto dalla tribolazione. Dice che i suoi nemici godono delle prosperità del mondo; ma egli aspetta la gloria della vita avvenire.
