1Dijo en su corazón el insensato: No hay Dios. Los hombres se han corrompido, y se han hecho abominables por seguir sus pasiones; no hay quien obre bien, no hay uno siquiera.
2El Señor echó desde el cielo una mirada sobre los hijos de los hombres, para ver si había uno que tuviese juicio, o que buscase a Dios.
3Todos se han extraviado, todos a una se hicieron inútiles; no hay quien obre bien, no hay siquiera uno. Su garganta es un sepulcro destapado; con sus lenguas están forjando fraudes; debajo de sus labios hay veneno de áspides. Llena está su boca de maldición y de amargura; sus pies son ligeros para ir a derramar sangre. Todos sus procederes se dirigen a afligir y oprimir al prójimo; nunca conocieron el sendero de la paz; no hay temor de Dios ante sus ojos.
4¿Por ventura no entrarán en conocimiento todos esos que hacen profesión de la iniquidad; esos que devoran a mi pueblo como un bocado de pan?
5No han invocado al Señor; y allí tiemblan de miedo donde no hay motivo de temer.
6Porque está el Señor en medio del linaje de los justos; vosotros, ¡oh impíos!, ridiculizáis la determinación del desvalido, cuando pone en el Señor su esperanza.
7¡Oh, quién enviará de Sión la salud o el salvador de Israel! Cuando el Señor pusiere fin a la cautividad de su pueblo, saltará de gozo Jacob , y se regocijará Israel.

2Jehová miró desde los cielos sobre los hijos de los hombres, por ver si había algún entendido, que buscara á Dios.
3Todos declinaron, juntamente se han corrompido: no hay quien haga bien, no hay ni siquiera uno.
4¿No tendrán conocimiento todos los que obran iniquidad, que devoran á mi pueblo como si pan comiesen, y á Jehová no invocaron?
5Allí temblaron de espanto; porque Dios está con la nación de los justos.
6El consejo del pobre habéis escarnecido, por cuanto Jehová es su esperanza.
7¡Quién diese de Sión la salud de Israel! En tornando Jehová la cautividad de su pueblo, se gozará Jacob, y alegraráse Israel.

1The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
2The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
3They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
4Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
5There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
6Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
7Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
