2Der HERR schaut hernieder vom Himmel aus nach den Menschenkindern, um zu sehn, ob da sei ein Verständiger, einer der nach Gott fragt.
3Doch alle sind sie abgefallen, insgesamt entartet; da ist keiner, der Gutes tut, auch nicht einer.
4Haben denn keinen Verstand die Übeltäter alle, die mein Volk verzehren – die das Brot des HERRN wohl essen, doch ohne ihn anzurufen?
5Damals gerieten sie in Angst und Schrecken, denn Gott war mit dem gerechten Geschlecht.
6Beim Anschlag gegen den Elenden werdet zuschanden ihr werden, denn der HERR ist seine Zuflucht.
7O daß doch aus Zion die Rettung Israels käme! Wenn der HERR einst wendet das Schicksal seines Volkes, wird Jakob jubeln, Israel sich freuen.

2Jehová miró desde los cielos sobre los hijos de los hombres, por ver si había algún entendido, que buscara á Dios.
3Todos declinaron, juntamente se han corrompido: no hay quien haga bien, no hay ni siquiera uno.
4¿No tendrán conocimiento todos los que obran iniquidad, que devoran á mi pueblo como si pan comiesen, y á Jehová no invocaron?
5Allí temblaron de espanto; porque Dios está con la nación de los justos.
6El consejo del pobre habéis escarnecido, por cuanto Jehová es su esperanza.
7¡Quién diese de Sión la salud de Israel! En tornando Jehová la cautividad de su pueblo, se gozará Jacob, y alegraráse Israel.

1The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
2The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
3They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
4Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
5There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
6Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
7Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

3They have all gone aside. They have together become corrupt. There is no one who does good, no, not one.
