sollen seinen Namen loben im Reigen, / mit Handpauken und Harfen ihm spielen! /
Alaben su nombre con corro: con adufe y arpa á él canten.

Gozarse han los píos con gloria: cantarán sobre sus camas.
Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

Ensalzamientos de Dios modularán en sus gargantas, y espadas de dos filos habrá en sus manos;
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;

Rache zu üben an den Heiden / und Züchtigung an den Nationen, /
Para hacer venganza de las gentes, y castigo en los pueblos;
To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;

ihre Könige mit Ketten zu binden / und ihre Edlen mit eisernen Fesseln, /
Para aprisionar sus reyes en grillos, y sus nobles con cadenas de hierro;
To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

an ihnen zu vollziehen geschriebenes Gericht. / Ehre ist solches für all seine Frommen. / Hallelujah!
