Nova Bíblia Viva
1Aleluia! É maravilhoso cantar louvores ao nosso Deus; é bom e agradável louvá-lo.
2O Senhor constrói Jerusalém novamente e reúne os israelitas espalhados por todo o mundo.
3Só ele devolve a alegria aos tristes de coração e cura as suas feridas.
4Ele determina o número de estrelas e conhece cada uma pelo seu nome.
5O nosso Senhor é grande, e tremendo é o seu poder; ninguém é capaz de medir a sua sabedoria.
6O Senhor apoia e ajuda os humildes, mas derruba os maus até o chão.
7Cantem ao Senhor com ações de graças; cantem louvores ao som das harpas para o nosso Deus.
8Ele cobre o céu de nuvens, preparando a chuva que rega a terra e fazendo a erva crescer nos montes.
9Ele alimenta os animais do campo e os filhotes do corvo quando gritam pedindo comida.
10O prazer do Senhor não está na força do cavalo, nem na força e na coragem do soldado valente.
11Ele tem grande prazer e alegria nas pessoas que o amam e temem e colocam a sua esperança no seu amor fiel.
12Povo de Jerusalém, louve o Senhor! Louve o seu Deus, ó Sião!
13Pois ele reforça as trancas dos portões da cidade e abençoa os seus moradores.
14Ele conserva a paz perfeita nas fronteiras e alimenta os moradores de Jerusalém com o melhor trigo.
15Ele envia sua ordem à terra, e a sua palavra se espalha rapidamente.
16Faz a neve cobrir a terra como um casaco de lã; faz a geada cair sobre a terra como um manto cinza.
17Derrama pequenas pedras de gelo, e ninguém é capaz de escapar do frio.
18Mas, com uma simples ordem, o Senhor envia os ventos quentes da primavera, derrete o gelo, e os riachos transbordam.
19Ele revela a sua vontade e as suas leis ao povo de Israel; deixou ordens escritas para os israelitas.
20Ele não deu esse privilégio a nenhuma outra nação; elas vivem sem conhecer os mandamentos do Senhor. Aleluia!

1ALABAD á JAH, porque es bueno cantar salmos á nuestro Dios; porque suave y hermosa es la alabanza.
2Jehová edifica á Jerusalem; á los echados de Israel recogerá.
3El sana á los quebrantados de corazón, y liga sus heridas.
4El cuenta el número de las estrellas; á todas ellas llama por sus nombres.
5Grande es el Señor nuestro, y de mucha potencia; y de su entendimiento no hay número.
6Jehová ensalza á los humildes; humilla los impíos hasta la tierra.
7Cantad á Jehová con alabanza, cantad con arpa á nuestro Dios.
8El es el que cubre los cielos de nubes, el que prepara la lluvia para la tierra, el que hace á los montes producir hierba.
9El da á la bestia su mantenimiento, y á los hijos de los cuervos que claman.
10No toma contentamiento en la fortaleza del caballo, ni se complace en las piernas del hombre.
11Complácese Jehová en los que le temen, y en los que esperan en su misericordia.
12Alaba á Jehová, Jerusalem; alaba á tu Dios, Sión.
13Porque fortificó los cerrojos de tus puertas; bendijo á tus hijos dentro de ti.
14El pone en tu término la paz; te hará saciar de grosura de trigo.
15El envía su palabra á la tierra; muy presto corre su palabra.
16El da la nieve como lana, derrama la escarcha como ceniza.
17El echa su hielo como pedazos: delante de su frío ¿quién estará?
18Enviará su palabra, y los derretirá: soplará su viento, y fluirán las aguas.
19El denuncia sus palabras á Jacob, sus estatutos y sus juicios á Israel.
20No ha hecho esto con toda gente; y no conocieron sus juicios. Aleluya.

1Praise ye the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
2The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
3He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
4He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
5Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
6The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.
7Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
8Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
9He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.
10He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man.
11The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
12Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.
13For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee.
14He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.
15He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly.
16He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.
17He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
18He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
19He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.
20He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
