2Jusqu’à quand ô Seigneur, m’oublieras-tu avec persistance? Jusqu’à quand me déroberas-tu ta face?
3Jusqu’à quand agiterai-je des projets en mon âme? La douleur étreindra-t-elle mon cœur chaque jour? Jusqu’à quand mon ennemi triomphera-t-il de moi?
4Regarde de grâce, exauce-moi, Eternel, mon Dieu. Eclaire mes yeux, pour que je ne m’endorme pas dans la mort,
5pour que mon ennemi ne puisse dire: "J’en suis venu à bout!" Et que mes adversaires ne se réjouissent en me voyant tomber!
6Or moi, j’ai confiance en ta bonté, mon cœur est joyeux de ton secours: je veux chanter l’Eternel, car il me comble de bienfaits.

2¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma, con ansiedad en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?
3Mira, óyeme, Jehová Dios mío: alumbra mis ojos, porque no duerma en muerte;
4Porque no diga mi enemigo, Vencílo: mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.
5Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado: alegraráse mi corazón en tu salud.
6Cantaré á Jehová, porque me ha hecho bien.

1How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
2How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
3Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
4Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
5But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
6I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

1How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?
2How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart every day? How long shall my enemy triumph over me?
3Behold, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;
4lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him;” lest my adversaries rejoice when I fall.
5But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation.
6I will sing to the LORD, because he has been good to me.
