¿Cuánto tiempo tengo que preocuparme y tener tristeza en mi corazón todo el día? ¿Cuánto tiempo mi enemigo triunfará sobre mí?
¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma, con ansiedad en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?
How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

¡Mírame y contéstame, oh SEÑOR Dios mío! Da luz a mis ojos o dormiré de muerte.
Mira, óyeme, Jehová Dios mío: alumbra mis ojos, porque no duerma en muerte;
Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
Behold, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;
No permitas que mi enemigo diga: "Yo lo he derrotado a él", para que mi enemigo no pueda decir: "Yo he prevalecido sobre mi adversario," de lo contrario mis enemigos se regocijarán cuando yo sea derribado.
Porque no diga mi enemigo, Vencílo: mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.
Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him;” lest my adversaries rejoice when I fall.
Pero yo he confiado en Tu pacto de fidelidad; mi corazón se regocija en Tu salvación.
Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado: alegraráse mi corazón en tu salud.
But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation.
Yo cantaré al SEÑOR porque Él me ha tratado muy generosamente.
Cantaré á Jehová, porque me ha hecho bien.
I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
I will sing to the LORD, because he has been good to me.
