How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?
Jusques à quand aurai-je l'inquiétude dans l'âme, et tout le jour le chagrin dans le cœur ? Jusques à quand mon ennemi s'élèvera-t-il au-dessus de moi ?
¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma, con ansiedad en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?
How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

Ah ! regarde, exauce-moi, Éternel, mon Dieu ! Fais luire ta clarté dans mes yeux, afin que je ne m'endorme pas du sommeil de la mort ;
Mira, óyeme, Jehová Dios mío: alumbra mis ojos, porque no duerma en muerte;
Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
Behold, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;
que mon ennemi ne dise pas : « Je l'ai vaincu ! » et que ma défaite ne réjouisse pas mes oppresseurs !
Porque no diga mi enemigo, Vencílo: mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.
Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

Mais, en ta bonté je me confie ! Ton secours réjouira mon cœur :
Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado: alegraráse mi corazón en tu salud.
But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

je louerai l'Éternel du bien qu'Il m'aura fait.
Cantaré á Jehová, porque me ha hecho bien.
I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
