Salmos 138

Salmo di David. Signore, tu hai fatto saggio di me, e mi hai conosciuto: tu hai conosciuto il mio stare, e il mio andare.

Salmo de David. ALABARTE he con todo mi corazón: delante de los dioses te cantaré salmos.

I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

I will give you thanks with my whole heart. Before the gods, I will sing praises to you.

Tu da lungi vedesti i miei pensieri: osservasti il filo de' passi miei.

Encorvaréme al templo de tu santuario, y alabaré tu nombre por tu misericordia y tu verdad: porque has hecho magnífico tu nombre, y tu dicho sobre todas las cosas.

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all.

E le mie vie tutte tu prevedesti; anche quando parola non è sulla mia lingua.

En el día que clamé, me respondiste; esforzásteme con fortaleza en mi alma.

In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.

In the day that I called, you answered me. You encouraged me with strength in my soul.

Ecco che tu, o Signore, le cose tutte hai conosciute, le ultime, e le antiche: tu mi formasti, e ponesti sopra di me la tua mano.

Confesarte han, oh Jehová, todos los reyes de la tierra, cuando habrán oído los dichos de tu boca.

All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.

All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, LORD, for they have heard the words of your mouth.

Mirabile si è renduta in me la tua sapienza: ella è molto elevata, e ad essa non potrò io aggiungere.

Y cantarán de los caminos de Jehová: que la gloria de Jehová es grande.

Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.

Yes, they will sing of the ways of the LORD, for the LORD’s glory is great!

Dove anderò io lontan dal tuo spirito, e dove fuggirò io lontano dalla tua faccia?

Porque el alto Jehová atiende al humilde; mas al altivo mira de lejos.

Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.

For though the LORD is high, yet he looks after the lowly; but he knows the proud from afar.

Se salirò al cielo ivi se' tu; se scenderò nell'inferno, tu se' presente.

Si anduviere yo en medio de la angustia, tú me vivificarás: contra la ira de mis enemigos extenderás tu mano, y salvaráme tu diestra.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

Though I walk in the middle of trouble, you will revive me. You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies. Your right hand will save me.

Se io prenderò le ali al mattino, e anderò a stare nelle ultime parti del mare:

Jehová cumplirá por mí: tu misericordia, oh Jehová, es para siempre; no dejarás la obra de tus manos.

The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.

The LORD will fulfill that which concerns me. Your loving kindness, LORD, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands.

Colà pure mi guiderà la tua mano, e sarò sotto il potere della tua destra.

E io dissi: Forse mi occulteranno le tenebre: ma la notte è luce, che mi disvela ne' miei piaceri.

Perocché le tenebre non sono oscure per te, e la notte sarà illuminata come il giorno: il buio, e la luce son la stessa cosa per lui.

—

Perocché tu se' padrone de' miei affetti: prendesti cura di me fin dal seno di mia madre.

—

Darò lode a te, perché sommamente grande ti se' dimostrato: le opere tue son mirabili, e troppo bene il conosce l'anima mia.

—

Non sono ignote a te le mie ossa lavorate, nel segreto, la mia sostanza lavorata nelle viscere della terra.

—

Gli occhi tuoi mi videro quand'io era informe: or tutti nel tuo libro saranno scritti: nuovi giorni si formeranno, e neppur uno ne mancherà.

—

Ma sono grandemente onorati da me, o Dio, gli amici tuoi: grandemente possente è divenuto il loro impero.

—

—

—

Se vorrò contarli saran più che l'arene del mare: mi alzai, e sono ancora con te.

—

Se tu, o Dio, porrai a morte i peccatori: ritiratevi da me, o uomini sanguinarj:

—

—

—

Perché voi dite drento di voi: inutilmente si farann'eglino padroni di tue cittadi.

—

—

—

E non ho io odiati, o Signore, quelli, che ti odiano? E mi struggeva a cagione de' tuoi nemici?

—

—

—

Con odio perfetto io gli odiava, e mi si son fatti nemici.

—

—

—

Provami, o Signore, e il mio cuore disamina: interrogami, e riconosci i miei andamenti.

—

—

—

E vedi se per la via di iniquità io cammini: e per la via dell'eternità mi conduci. Prega il Signore, che lo difenda dai cattivi, e dai calunniatori, e predice la loro punizione. Conviene a Cristo.
