2Souvent ils m'ont attaqué dès ma jeunesse, et ils n'ont rien pu sur moi.
3Les pécheurs ont frappé sur mon dos ; ils ont prolongé leur iniquité.
4Le Seigneur en sa justice a brisé le cou des pécheurs.
5Qu'ils soient confondus et mis en fuite, tous ceux qui haïssent Sion.
6Qu'ils deviennent comme l'herbe des toits, qui sèche avant d'être arrachée,
7Et qui ne remplit ni la main du faucheur ni le sein du botteleur.
8Sur eux les passants n'ont point dit : Que la bénédiction du Seigneur soit avec tous ; nous vous bénissons au nom du Seigneur.

2Cuando comieres el trabajo de tus manos, bienaventurado tú, y tendrás bien.
3Tu mujer será como parra que lleva fruto á los lados de tu casa; tus hijos como plantas de olivas alrededor de tu mesa.
4He aquí que así será bendito el hombre que teme á Jehová.
5Bendígate Jehová desde Sión, y veas el bien de Jerusalem todos los días de tu vida.
6Y veas los hijos de tus hijos, y la paz sobre Israel.

1Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
2For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
4Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
5The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, and peace upon Israel.

1Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways.
2For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you.
3Your wife will be as a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of your house, your children like olive shoots around your table.
4Behold, this is how the man who fears the LORD is blessed.
5May the LORD bless you out of Zion, and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
6Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel.
