Ed eglino si rallegrarono perché si tacquero i flutti: ed ei li condussero a quel porto. ch'ei pur bramavano.

Entonces se levantó Phinees, é hizo juicio; y se detuvo la plaga.

Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment: and so the plague was stayed.

Then Phinehas stood up and executed judgment, so the plague was stopped.
