E che, o mio diletto? e che, o caro frutto del mio seno? e che, o amato oggetto de' voti miei?

¿Qué, hijo mío? ¿y qué, hijo de mi vientre? ¿y qué, hijo de mis deseos?

What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows?
