Proverbios 16

E da più l'uom paziente, che i valoroso; e colui che è padrone dell'animo suo, è da più che l'espugnator di fortezze.

Mejor es el que tarde se aira que el fuerte; y el que se enseñorea de su espíritu, que el que toma una ciudad.

He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.
