Proverbios 11

Cualquier que garantiza un préstamo a un extraño seguramente sufrirá daño, pero aquel que odia dar una promesa de ese tipo está a salvo.

Con ansiedad será afligido el que fiare al extraño: mas el que aborreciere las fianzas vivirá confiado.

He that is surety for a stranger shall smart for it: and he that hateth suretiship is sure.

He who is collateral for a stranger will suffer for it, but he who refuses pledges of collateral is secure.
