Nova Bíblia Viva
1Queridos irmãos em Cristo, eu os amo e anseio vê-los, pois vocês são minha alegria e a recompensa do meu trabalho. Permaneçam firmes no Senhor, meus amados.
2E agora eu quero suplicar àquelas duas estimadas senhoras, Evódia e Síntique: Por favor, com a ajuda do Senhor, vivam em harmonia.
3E peço a você, meu fiel companheiro de jugo, que ajude essas mulheres, pois elas trabalharam lado a lado comigo anunciando o evangelho aos outros; e trabalharam também com Clemente e com meus outros companheiros de trabalho, cujos nomes estão escritos no livro da vida.
4Estejam sempre cheios de alegria no Senhor; e digo outra vez: Alegrem-se!
5Que todo mundo veja que vocês são amáveis em tudo quanto fazem. O Senhor virá em breve.
6Não se aflijam com nada; em vez disso, orem a respeito de tudo; contem a Deus as necessidades de vocês, e não se esqueçam de agradecer-lhe.
7Se fizerem isto, vocês experimentarão que a paz de Deus, que excede todo o entendimento, conservará a mente e o coração de vocês em Cristo Jesus.
8E agora, irmãos, ao terminar esta carta, quero dizer-lhes mais uma coisa. Firmem seus pensamentos naquilo que é verdadeiro, nobre e direito. Pensem em coisas que sejam puras e agradáveis e detenham-se nas coisas excelentes. Pensem em todas as coisas pelas quais vocês possam louvar a Deus.
9Continuem a pôr em prática tudo quanto aprenderam, receberam, ouviram de mim e me viram fazer, e o Deus de paz estará com vocês.
10Como estou grato e como louvo ao Senhor porque vocês estão me ajudando novamente! Eu sei que vocês têm estado sempre desejosos para enviar-me o que podiam, mas por algum tempo não tiveram oportunidade.
11Não estou dizendo isto porque estava precisando, pois aprendi a viver satisfeito, tendo muito ou tendo pouco.
12Sei o que é passar necessidade e sei o que é ter tudo. Já aprendi o segredo para viver contente em qualquer circunstância, quer com o estômago satisfeito, quer na fome, na fartura ou na necessidade;
13eu posso fazer todas as coisas que Deus me pede com a força que Cristo me dá.
14Mesmo assim, vocês fizeram bem em ajudar-me na minha dificuldade atual.
15Como vocês bem sabem, quando eu levei o evangelho a vocês pela primeira vez, e depois segui meu caminho, deixando a Macedônia, só vocês, os filipenses, se associaram a mim para dar e receber. Nenhuma outra igreja fez isso.
16Até mesmo estando em Tessalônica, vocês me enviaram ajuda por duas vezes, quando tive necessidade.
17Entretanto, embora eu aprecie as dádivas de vocês, o que me faz mais feliz é a recompensa que vocês terão em virtude dessa bondade.
18No momento eu tenho tudo de que preciso — até mais do que necessito! Estou amplamente suprido com as dádivas que vocês me mandaram quando Epafrodito veio. Elas são um sacrifício de aroma suave que muito agrada a Deus.
19E o meu Deus suprirá todas as necessidades que vocês têm, por meio das suas gloriosas riquezas em Jesus Cristo.
20Agora, a Deus, nosso Pai, seja a glória para todo o sempre. Amém.
21Saúdem todos os santos daí; os irmãos que estão comigo enviam lembranças também.
22E todos os outros fiéis daqui enviam lembranças a vocês, especialmente aqueles que trabalham no palácio de César.
23A graça do nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo seja com o espírito de vocês. Amém.

1ASÍ que, hermanos míos amados y deseados, gozo y corona mía, estad así firmes en el Señor, amados.
2A Euodias ruego, y á Syntychê exhorto, que sientan lo mismo en el Señor.
3Asimismo te ruego también á ti, hermano compañero, ayuda á las que trabajaron juntamente conmigo en el evangelio, con Clemente también, y los demás mis colaboradores, cuyos nombres están en el libro de la vida.
4Gozaos en el Señor siempre: otra vez digo: Que os gocéis.
5Vuestra modestia sea conocida de todos los hombres. El Señor está cerca.
6Por nada estéis afanosos; sino sean notorias vuestras peticiones delante de Dios en toda oración y ruego, con hacimiento de gracias.
7Y la paz de Dios, que sobrepuja todo entendimiento, guardará vuestros corazones y vuestros entendimientos en Cristo Jesús.
8Por lo demás, hermanos, todo lo que es verdadero, todo lo honesto, todo lo justo, todo lo puro, todo lo amable, todo lo que es de buen nombre; si hay virtud alguna, si alguna alabanza, en esto pensad.
9Lo que aprendisteis y recibisteis y oísteis y visteis en mí, esto haced; y el Dios de paz será con vosotros.
10Mas en gran manera me gocé en el Señor de que ya al fin ha reflorecido vuestro cuidado de mí; de lo cual aun estabais solícitos, pero os faltaba la oportunidad.
11No lo digo en razón de indigencia, pues he aprendido á contentarme con lo que tengo.
12Sé estar humillado, y sé tener abundancia: en todo y por todo estoy enseñado, así para hartura como para hambre, así para tener abundancia como para padecer necesidad.
13Todo lo puedo en Cristo que me fortalece.
14Sin embargo, bien hicisteis que comunicasteis juntamente á mi tribulación.
15Y sabéis también vosotros, oh Filipenses, que al principio del evangelio, cuando partí de Macedonia, ninguna iglesia me comunicó en razón de dar y recibir, sino vosotros solos.
16Porque aun á Tesalónica me enviasteis lo necesario una y dos veces.
17No porque busque dádivas; mas busco fruto que abunde en vuestra cuenta.
18Empero todo lo he recibido, y tengo abundancia: estoy lleno, habiendo recibido de Epafrodito lo que enviasteis, olor de suavidad, sacrificio acepto, agradable á Dios.
19Mi Dios, pues, suplirá todo lo que os falta conforme á sus riquezas en gloria en Cristo Jesús.
20Al Dios pues y Padre nuestro sea gloria por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
21Saludad á todos los santos en Cristo Jesús. Los hermanos que están conmigo os saludan.
22Todos los santos os saludan, y mayormente los que son de casa de César.

1Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
2I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
3And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
4Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
5Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
14Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
15Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
16For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
17Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
18But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
19But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
20Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
21Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.
22All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar’s household.
23The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
World English Bible
1Therefore, my brothers, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, my beloved.
2I exhort Euodia, and I exhort Syntyche, to think the same way in the Lord.
3Yes, I beg you also, true partner, help these women, for they labored with me in the Good News with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.
4Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice!”
5Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
6In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
7And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
8Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
9Do the things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me, and the God of peace will be with you.
10But I rejoice in the Lord greatly that now at length you have revived your thought for me; in which you did indeed take thought, but you lacked opportunity.
11Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it.
12I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.
13I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
14However you did well that you shared in my affliction.
15You yourselves also know, you Philippians, that in the beginning of the Good News, when I departed from Macedonia, no assembly shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you only.
16For even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to my need.
17Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account.
18But I have all things and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God.
19My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
20Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever! Amen.
21Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me greet you.
22All the saints greet you, especially those who are of Caesar’s household.
