Si un hombre acusado a golpeado a su víctima con una arma de madera que pueda matar a la victima, y si la víctima muere, entonces el acusado es ciertametne un asesino. Él ciertamente debe ser muerto.

Y si con instrumento de palo de mano, de que pueda morir, lo hiriere, y muriere, homicida es; el homicida morirá.

Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

Or if he struck him with a weapon of wood in the hand, by which a man may die, and he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall surely be put to death.
