1Weiter sagte der HERR zu Mose:

2»Folgende Verordnungen sollst du den Israeliten mitteilen: Wenn ihr in das Land Kanaan kommt, so soll dies das Gebiet sein, das euch als Erbbesitz zufällt: das Land Kanaan in seinem ganzen Umfang.

3Und zwar soll die Südseite sich euch von der Wüste Zin an, Edom entlang, hinziehen, so daß eure Südgrenze im Osten am (südlichen) Ende des Salzmeeres beginnt.

4Dann soll eure Grenze südlich vom Skorpionenstieg umbiegen und sich nach Zin hinüberziehen, wo sie südlich von Kades-Barnea endigt; von dort soll sie weiter nach Hazar-Addar hin laufen und nach Azmon hinübergehen;

5und von Azmon wende sich die Grenze nach dem Bach Ägyptens hin und endige nach dem Westmeer zu. –

6Was sodann die Westgrenze betrifft, so gelte euch da das große Meer zugleich als Grenze; das soll eure Westgrenze sein. –

7Und folgendes soll eure Nordgrenze sein: vom großen Westmeer an sollt ihr euch eine Grenzlinie bis zum Berge Hor ziehen;

8vom Berge Hor an sollt ihr euch eine Grenzlinie in der Richtung auf Hamath hin ziehen, und das Ende der Grenze soll nach Zedad hin sein;

9dann laufe die Grenze weiter nach Siphron hin und erreiche ihr Ende bei Hazar-Enan. Das soll eure Nordgrenze sein. –

10Als Ostgrenze aber sollt ihr euch eine Linie von Hazar-Enan nach Sepham festsetzen;

11und von Sepham gehe die Grenze nach Ha-Ribla hinab östlich von Ain; dann ziehe sich die Grenze noch weiter hinab und stoße auf den Höhenzug östlich vom See Genezareth;

12dann ziehe sich die Grenze den Jordan entlang hinab und erreiche ihr Ende am Salzmeer. Dies soll euer Land nach seinen Grenzen ringsum sein.«

13Mose gab dann den Israeliten folgende Weisung: »Dies ist das Land, das ihr euch durchs Los als euren Erbbesitz zuteilen sollt und das der HERR den neun Stämmen und dem halben Stamm (Manasse) zu geben geboten hat.

14Denn alle zu den beiden Stämmen Ruben und Gad gehörenden Familien und der halbe Stamm Manasse haben ihren Erbbesitz bereits empfangen.

15Diese zweieinhalb Stämme haben ihren Erbbesitz auf der andern Seite des Jordans, Jericho gegenüber, im Osten, nach Sonnenaufgang hin, bereits erhalten.«

16Weiter sagte der HERR zu Mose folgendes:

17»Dies sind die Namen der Männer, die das Land als Erbbesitz unter euch verteilen sollen: der Priester Eleasar und Josua, der Sohn Nuns;

18dazu sollt ihr von jedem Stamm einen Fürsten zu der Verteilung des Landes hinzuziehen.

19Und dies sind die Namen der Männer: für den Stamm Juda: Kaleb, der Sohn Jephunnes;

20für den Stamm Simeon: Samuel, der Sohn Ammihuds;

21für den Stamm Benjamin: Elidad, der Sohn Kislons;

22für den Stamm Dan als Fürst: Bukki, der Sohn Joglis;

23für die Nachkommen Josephs: für den Stamm Manasse als Fürst: Hanniel, der Sohn Ephods,

24und für den Stamm Ephraim als Fürst: Kemuel, der Sohn Siphtans;

25für den Stamm Sebulon als Fürst: Elizaphan, der Sohn Parnachs;

26für den Stamm Issaschar als Fürst: Paltiel, der Sohn Assans;

27für den Stamm Asser als Fürst: Ahihud, der Sohn Selomis;

28für den Stamm Naphthali als Fürst: Pedahel, der Sohn Ammihuds.«

29Diese waren es, denen der HERR gebot, den Israeliten ihren Erbbesitz im Lande Kanaan zuzuteilen.

1Y JEHOVÁ habló á Moisés, diciendo:

2Manda á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra de Canaán, es á saber, la tierra que os ha de caer en heredad, la tierra de Canaán según sus términos;

3Tendréis el lado del mediodía desde el desierto de Zin hasta los términos de Edom; y os será el término del mediodía al extremo del mar salado hacia el oriente:

4Y este término os irá rodeando desde el mediodía hasta la subida de Acrabbim, y pasará hasta Zin; y sus salidas serán del mediodía á Cades-barnea; y saldrá á Hasar-addar, y pasará hasta Asmón;

5Y rodeará este término, desde Asmón hasta el torrente de Egipto, y sus remates serán al occidente.

6Y el término occidental os será la gran mar: este término os será el término occidental.

7Y el término del norte será este: desde la gran mar os señalaréis el monte de Hor;

8Del monte de Hor señalaréis á la entrada de Hamath, y serán las salidas de aquel término á Sedad;

9Y saldrá este término á Ziphón, y serán sus remates en Hasar-enán: este os será el término del norte.

10Y por término al oriente os señalaréis desde Hasar-enán hasta Sepham;

11Y bajará este término desde Sepham á Ribla, al oriente de Ain: y descenderá el término, y llegará á la costa de la mar de Cinnereth al oriente;

12Después descenderá este término al Jordán, y serán sus salidas al mar Salado: esta será vuestra tierra: por sus términos alrededor.

13Y mandó Moisés á los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esta es la tierra que heredaréis por suerte, la cual mandó Jehová que diese á las nueve tribus, y á la media tribu:

14Porque la tribu de los hijos de Rubén según las casas de sus padres, y la tribu de los hijos de Gad según las casas de sus padres, y la media tribu de Manasés, han tomado su herencia:

15Dos tribus y media tomaron su heredad de esta parte del Jordán de Jericó al oriente, al nacimiento del sol.

16Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:

17Estos son los nombres de los varones que os aposesionarán la tierra: Eleazar el sacerdote, y Josué hijo de Nun.

18Tomaréis también de cada tribu un príncipe, para dar la posesión de la tierra.

19Y estos son los nombres de los varones: De la tribu de Judá, Caleb hijo de Jephone.

20Y de la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, Samuel hijo de Ammiud.

21De la tribu de Benjamín, Elidad hijo de Chislón.

22Y de la tribu de los hijos de Dan, el príncipe Bucci hijo de Jogli.

23De los hijos de José: de la tribu de los hijos de Manasés, el príncipe Haniel hijo de Ephod.

24Y de la tribu de los hijos de Ephraim, el príncipe Chêmuel hijo de Siphtán.

25Y de la tribu de los hijos de Zabulón, el príncipe Elisaphán hijo de Pharnach.

26Y de la tribu de los hijos de Issachâr, el príncipe Paltiel hijo de Azan.

27Y de la tribu de los hijos de Aser, el príncipe Ahiud hijo de Selomi.

28Y de la tribu de los hijos de Nephtalí, el príncipe Pedael hijo de Ammiud.

29Estos son á los que mandó Jehová que hiciesen la partición de la herencia á los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Canaán.

1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)

3Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward:

4And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadesh-barnea, and shall go on to Hazar-addar, and pass on to Azmon:

5And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.

6And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.

7And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor:

8From mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:

9And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazar-enan: this shall be your north border.

10And ye shall point out your east border from Hazar-enan to Shepham:

11And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward:

12And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about.

13And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe:

14For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:

15The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.

16And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

17These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.

18And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.

19And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

20And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.

21Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.

22And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli.

23The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod.

24And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.

25And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.

26And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan.

27And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.

28And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.

29These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.

1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2“Command the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land of Canaan (this is the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan according to its borders),

3then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the side of Edom, and your south border shall be from the end of the Salt Sea eastward.

4Your border shall turn about southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass along to Zin; and it shall pass southward of Kadesh Barnea; and it shall go from there to Hazar Addar, and pass along to Azmon.

5The border shall turn about from Azmon to the brook of Egypt, and it shall end at the sea.

6“‘For the western border, you shall have the great sea and its border. This shall be your west border.

7“‘This shall be your north border: from the great sea you shall mark out for yourselves Mount Hor.

8From Mount Hor you shall mark out to the entrance of Hamath; and the border shall pass by Zedad.

9Then the border shall go to Ziphron, and it shall end at Hazar Enan. This shall be your north border.

10“‘You shall mark out your east border from Hazar Enan to Shepham.

13Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, “This is the land which you shall inherit by lot, which the LORD has commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half-tribe;

14for the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their fathers’ houses, the tribe of the children of Gad according to their fathers’ houses, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance.

15The two tribes and the half-tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan at Jericho eastward, toward the sunrise.”

16The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

17“These are the names of the men who shall divide the land to you for inheritance: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
