Entonces partieron del lado contrario de Pi Hahirot y pasaron por en medio del mar hacia el desierto. Viajaron una jornada de tres días hacia el desierto de Etam y acamparon en Mara.

Y partiendo de Pi-hahiroth, pasaron por medio de la mar al desierto, y anduvieron camino de tres días por el desierto de Etham, y asentaron en Mara.
