Moisés habló a los jefes de las tribus del pueblo de Israel. Él dijo: "Esto es lo que EL SEÑOR ha mandado.
Y MOISÉS dijo á los hijos de Israel, conforme á todo lo que Jehová le había mandado.
And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded.
Cuando alguien hace un pacto con EL SEÑOR, o hace un juramento se obliga con una promesa, no debe romper su palabra. Debe mantener su promesa para cumplir todo lo que sale de su boca.
Y habló Moisés á los príncipes de las tribus de los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esto es lo que Jehová ha mandado.
If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
When a man vows a vow to the LORD, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
Cuando una mujer jóven viva en casa de su padre y hace un juramento al SEÑOR se obliga a sí misma con una promesa,
Cuando alguno hiciere voto á Jehová, ó hiciere juramento ligando su alma con obligación, no violará su palabra: hará conforme á todo lo que salió de su boca.
If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;
“Also, when a woman vows a vow to the LORD and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
si su padre escucha el juramento y la promesa por la cual ella se ha obligado, y si él no dice nada para que dé marcha atrás, entonces todos sus juramentos permaneceran vigentes. Toda promesa por la cual ella se ha obligado permanecerá vigente.
Mas la mujer, cuando hiciere voto á Jehová, y se ligare con obligación en casa de su padre, en su mocedad;
And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
Pero si su padre escucha acerca de sus votos y su promesa, y si él no le dice nada a ella, entonces todos los votos y las promesas que ella misma hizo van a permanecer vigentes.
Si su padre oyere su voto, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, y su padre callare á ello, todos los votos de ella serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. The LORD will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
Sin embargo, si su padre escucha todos los votos que ella hizo y su solemne promesa con la cual se ha obligado a sí misma, y si él la cancela ese mismo día, entonces no van a permanecer vigentes. El SEÑOR va a perdonarla porque su padre la ha cancelado.
Mas si su padre le vedare el día que oyere todos sus votos y sus obligaciones, con que ella hubiere ligado su alma, no serán firmes; y Jehová la perdonará, por cuanto su padre le vedó.
And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
“If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,
Si ella se casa con un hombre mientras ella está bajo una promesa precipitada con las cual se obliga a sí misma, esas obligaciones van a permanecer vigentes.
Empero si fuere casada, é hiciere votos, ó pronunciare de sus labios cosa con que obligue su alma;
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
Pero si su esposo la detiene en el día que él escucha sobre eso, entonces él cancela los votos que ella había hecho, las conversaciones precipitadas de sus labios las cuales la obligan a si misma. El SEÑOR la va a librar.
Si su marido lo oyere, y cuando lo oyere callare á ello, los votos de ella serán firmes, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, firme será.
But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. The LORD will forgive her.
Pero para una viuda o una mujer divorciada, todo con lo que se ha obligado va a permanecer vigente contra ella.
Pero si cuando su marido lo oyó, le vedó, entonces el voto que ella hizo, y lo que pronunció de sus labios con que ligó su alma, será nulo; y Jehová lo perdonará.
But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
Y si una mujer hace un voto con la casa de su esposo o se obliga a tomar un pacto,
Mas todo voto de viuda, ó repudiada, con que ligare su alma, será firme.
And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
“If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
y su esposo escucha pero no le dice nada a ella y él se opone a ella, entonces todos los votos deben permanecer y las obligaciones que ella había hecho deben permanecer vigentes.
Y si hubiere hecho voto en casa de su marido, y hubiere ligado su alma con obligación de juramento,
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.
Pero si su esposo los cancela, en el día que él escucha sobre ellos, entonces todo lo que sale de los labios de ella a cerca de los votos o promesas no van a permanecer vigentes. Su esposo los ha cancelado. El SEÑOR la va a librar.
Si su marido oyó, y calló á ello, y no le vedó; entonces todos sus votos serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. The LORD will forgive her.
Cada voto o pacto que una mujer toma que la obliga a negarse a sí misma puede ser confirmado o cancelado por su esposo.
Mas si su marido los anuló el día que los oyó; todo lo que salió de sus labios cuanto á sus votos, y cuanto á la obligación de su alma, será nulo; su marido los anuló, y Jehová la perdonará.
Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.

Pero si él no le dice nada en el día tras día, entonces él confirma todos los votos de ella y la obliga a las promesas que ha hecho. Él las ha confirmado porque él no le ha dicho nada a ella en el tiempo que él escuchó a cerca de ellos.
Todo voto, ó todo juramento obligándose á afligir el alma, su marido lo confirmará, ó su marido lo anulará.
But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.
Y si el esposo de ella trata de cancelar los votos de su esposa un tiempo después de que haya escuchado sobre los mismos, entonces él va a ser responsable de los pecados de ella."
Empero si su marido callare á ello de día en día, entonces confirmó todos sus votos, y todas las obligaciones que están sobre ella: confirmólas, por cuanto calló á ello el día que lo oyó.
But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”
Estos son los estatutos que EL SEÑOR le ha ordedado a Moisés para anunciar--leyes entre un hombre y su esposa y entre un padre y su hija cuando ella está en su juventud en la familia de su padre.
Mas si las anulare después de haberlas oído, entonces él llevará el pecado de ella. Estas son las ordenanzas que Jehová mandó á Moisés entre el varón y su mujer, entre el padre y su hija, durante su mocedad en casa de su padre.
