1Und Mose gab den Israeliten Anweisung, ganz wie Jahwe Mose befohlen hatte.
2Und Mose redete zu den Stammhäuptern der Israeliten also: Dies ist's, was Jahwe befohlen hat.
3Wenn jemand Jahwe ein Gelübde thut oder einen Eid schwört, durch den er sich selbst zu einer Enthaltung verpflichtet, so soll er sein Wort nicht brechen, genau so, wie er es ausgesprochen hat, soll er handeln.
4Und wenn eine Frauensperson Jahwe ein Gelübde thut und sich zu einer Enthaltung verpflichtet, so lange sie noch in ledigem Stand im Hause ihres Vaters ist,
5und ihr Vater erfährt von ihrem Gelübde und der Enthaltung, zu der sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, und schweigt dazu, so haben alle ihre Gelübde Giltigkeit, und jederlei Enthaltung, zu der sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, hat Giltigkeit.
6Wenn aber ihr Vater am gleichen Tag, an welchem er davon erfährt, ihr wehrt, so haben alle ihre Gelübde und die Enthaltungen, zu denen sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, keine Giltigkeit, und Jahwe wird ihr vergeben, da ihr Vater ihr gewehrt hat.
7Falls sie sich aber verheiraten sollte, während noch Gelübde auf ihr lasten oder ein unbedacht ausgesprochenes Wort, durch das sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat,
8und ihr Mann erfährt davon, schweigt aber dazu an dem Tag, an welchem er es erfahren hat, so haben ihre Gelübde Giltigkeit, und ihre Enthaltungen, zu denen sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, haben Giltigkeit.
9Wenn aber ihr Mann am gleichen Tag, an welchem er davon erfährt, ihr wehrt, so macht er das Gelübde, das auf ihr lastet, und das unbedacht ausgesprochene Wort, durch das sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, ungiltig, und Jahwe wird ihr vergeben.
10Das Gelübde einer Witwe aber und einer von ihrem Manne Verstoßenen - alles, wodurch sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, - hat Giltigkeit für sie.
11Wenn sie aber im Hause ihres Mannes ein Gelübde thut oder sich selbst durch einen Eid zu einer Enthaltung verpflichtet,
12und ihr Mann davon erfährt, aber dazu schweigt und ihr nicht wehrt, so haben alle ihre Gelübde Giltigkeit, und jede Enthaltung, zu der sie sich selbst verpflichtet hat, hat Giltigkeit.
13Wenn aber ihr Mann am gleichen Tag, an welchem er von ihnen erfährt, sie ungiltig macht, so hat nichts von dem Giltigkeit, was sie ausgesprochen hat, seien es nun Gelübde oder die Verpflichtung zu einer Enthaltung; ihr Mann hat sie ungiltig gemacht, darum wird Jahwe ihr vergeben.
14Jedes Gelübde und jede eidliche Angelobung einer Enthaltung zum Behufe der Selbstkasteiung kann ihr Mann giltig und kann ihr Mann ungiltig machen.
15Und zwar, wenn ihr Mann von einem Tage zum andern dazu schweigt, so macht er alle ihre Gelübde oder alle die Enthaltungen, die ihr obliegen, giltig; dadurch, daß er an dem Tag, an welchem er von ihnen erfuhr, dazu schwieg, hat er sie giltig gemacht.
16Sollte er sie aber ungiltig machen, nachdem er schon einige Zeit darum gewußt hat, so lädt er die Verschuldung, die daraus für sie erwächst, auf sich.
17Das sind die Satzungen, welche Jahwe Mose anbefohlen hat, damit sie gelten zwischen einem Mann und seinem Weibe, sowie zwischen einem Vater und seiner Tochter, so lange Sie noch in ledigem Stand im Hause ihres Vaters ist.

1Y MOISÉS dijo á los hijos de Israel, conforme á todo lo que Jehová le había mandado.
2Y habló Moisés á los príncipes de las tribus de los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esto es lo que Jehová ha mandado.
3Cuando alguno hiciere voto á Jehová, ó hiciere juramento ligando su alma con obligación, no violará su palabra: hará conforme á todo lo que salió de su boca.
4Mas la mujer, cuando hiciere voto á Jehová, y se ligare con obligación en casa de su padre, en su mocedad;
5Si su padre oyere su voto, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, y su padre callare á ello, todos los votos de ella serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
6Mas si su padre le vedare el día que oyere todos sus votos y sus obligaciones, con que ella hubiere ligado su alma, no serán firmes; y Jehová la perdonará, por cuanto su padre le vedó.
7Empero si fuere casada, é hiciere votos, ó pronunciare de sus labios cosa con que obligue su alma;
8Si su marido lo oyere, y cuando lo oyere callare á ello, los votos de ella serán firmes, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, firme será.
9Pero si cuando su marido lo oyó, le vedó, entonces el voto que ella hizo, y lo que pronunció de sus labios con que ligó su alma, será nulo; y Jehová lo perdonará.
10Mas todo voto de viuda, ó repudiada, con que ligare su alma, será firme.
11Y si hubiere hecho voto en casa de su marido, y hubiere ligado su alma con obligación de juramento,
12Si su marido oyó, y calló á ello, y no le vedó; entonces todos sus votos serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
13Mas si su marido los anuló el día que los oyó; todo lo que salió de sus labios cuanto á sus votos, y cuanto á la obligación de su alma, será nulo; su marido los anuló, y Jehová la perdonará.
14Todo voto, ó todo juramento obligándose á afligir el alma, su marido lo confirmará, ó su marido lo anulará.
15Empero si su marido callare á ello de día en día, entonces confirmó todos sus votos, y todas las obligaciones que están sobre ella: confirmólas, por cuanto calló á ello el día que lo oyó.
16Mas si las anulare después de haberlas oído, entonces él llevará el pecado de ella. Estas son las ordenanzas que Jehová mandó á Moisés entre el varón y su mujer, entre el padre y su hija, durante su mocedad en casa de su padre.

1And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
2If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
3If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;
4And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
5But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
6And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
7And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
8But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
9But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
10And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
11And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
12But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
13Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
14But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
15But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
16These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father’s house.

7and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
8But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. The LORD will forgive her.
9“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
10“If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
11and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.
