1Und Moses redete zu den Israeliten so, wie der Herr dem Moses geboten hatte.
2Und Moses redete mit den Stammeshäuptern der Israeliten also: "Das ist es, was der Herr befiehlt:
3'Macht einer ein Gelübde dem Herrn oder schwört er einen Eid, wodurch er seiner Seele eine Bindung aufbindet, so darf er sein Wort nicht brechen! So, wie er es ausgesprochen, soll er handeln!
4Macht aber ein Weib dem Herrn ein Gelöbnis und bindet sich in ihres Vaters Haus im Ledigstand eine Bindung auf
5und ihr Vater hört vom Gelöbnis und der Bindung, die sie ihrer Seele aufgebunden, und schweigt ihr Vater dazu, dann gelten all die Gelübde, und jede Bindung, die sie auf ihre Seele gebunden, gilt.
6Wenn aber ihr Vater am Tage, an dem er es hört, ihr wehrt, dann gelten all die Gelübde und Bindungen nicht, die sie auf ihre Seele gebunden. Der Herr vergibt ihr, weil ihr Vater ihr gewehrt.
7Sollte sie aber eines Mannes werden, solange die Gelübde oder sonst ein unbedacht gesprochen Wort, das sie auf ihre Seele gebunden, auf ihr lasten
8und ihr Mann hört davon und schweigt, nachdem er es gehört, dann gelten die Gelübde, ebenso die Bindung, die sie ihrer Seele aufgebunden.
9Doch wehrt ihr Mann es ihr, wenn er davon hört, so zerreißt er ihr Gelübde, das ihr obliegt, sowie das unbedacht gesprochene Wort, das sie auf ihre Seele gebunden. Der Herr verzeiht es ihr.
10Das Gelübde einer Witwe und einer Verstoßenen, überhaupt alles, was sie auf ihre Seele gebunden, gilt für sie.
11Macht sie aber im Hause ihres Mannes ein Gelübde oder bindet sie durch Eid eine Bindung auf ihre Seele
12und hört ihr Mann davon, doch schweigt er dazu, ohne ihr zu wehren, dann sind alle ihre Gelübde gültig, ebenso gilt jede Bindung, die sie auf ihre Seele gebunden.
13Zerreißt ihr Mann sie aber an dem Tage, an dem er davon hört, so gilt nichts von dem, was sie ausgesprochen, sei es Gelöbnis oder Bindung. Ihr Mann hat sie zerrissen. Der Herr wird ihr verzeihen.
14Jedes Gelübde und allen Bindungsschwur zur Beugung der Seele bestätigt ihr Mann und ihr Mann zerreißt es.
15Schweigt aber ihr Mann dazu von Tag zu Tag, so bestätigt er alle Gelübde oder all ihre Bindungen, die ihr obliegen. Er bestätigt sie; denn er hat dazu geschwiegen an dem Tage, an dem er es gehört.
16Zerreißt er sie dann noch, nachdem er davon gehört, so lädt er ihre Schuld auf sich.'" Das sind die Gesetze, die der Herr dem Moses gab für das Verhältnis zwischen Mann und Weib, zwischen dem Vater und seiner ledigen Tochter im Vaterhaus.

1Y MOISÉS dijo á los hijos de Israel, conforme á todo lo que Jehová le había mandado.
2Y habló Moisés á los príncipes de las tribus de los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esto es lo que Jehová ha mandado.
3Cuando alguno hiciere voto á Jehová, ó hiciere juramento ligando su alma con obligación, no violará su palabra: hará conforme á todo lo que salió de su boca.
4Mas la mujer, cuando hiciere voto á Jehová, y se ligare con obligación en casa de su padre, en su mocedad;
5Si su padre oyere su voto, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, y su padre callare á ello, todos los votos de ella serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
6Mas si su padre le vedare el día que oyere todos sus votos y sus obligaciones, con que ella hubiere ligado su alma, no serán firmes; y Jehová la perdonará, por cuanto su padre le vedó.
7Empero si fuere casada, é hiciere votos, ó pronunciare de sus labios cosa con que obligue su alma;
8Si su marido lo oyere, y cuando lo oyere callare á ello, los votos de ella serán firmes, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, firme será.
9Pero si cuando su marido lo oyó, le vedó, entonces el voto que ella hizo, y lo que pronunció de sus labios con que ligó su alma, será nulo; y Jehová lo perdonará.
10Mas todo voto de viuda, ó repudiada, con que ligare su alma, será firme.
11Y si hubiere hecho voto en casa de su marido, y hubiere ligado su alma con obligación de juramento,
12Si su marido oyó, y calló á ello, y no le vedó; entonces todos sus votos serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
13Mas si su marido los anuló el día que los oyó; todo lo que salió de sus labios cuanto á sus votos, y cuanto á la obligación de su alma, será nulo; su marido los anuló, y Jehová la perdonará.
14Todo voto, ó todo juramento obligándose á afligir el alma, su marido lo confirmará, ó su marido lo anulará.
15Empero si su marido callare á ello de día en día, entonces confirmó todos sus votos, y todas las obligaciones que están sobre ella: confirmólas, por cuanto calló á ello el día que lo oyó.
16Mas si las anulare después de haberlas oído, entonces él llevará el pecado de ella. Estas son las ordenanzas que Jehová mandó á Moisés entre el varón y su mujer, entre el padre y su hija, durante su mocedad en casa de su padre.

1And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
2If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
3If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;
4And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
5But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
6And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
7And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
8But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
9But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
10And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
11And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
12But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
13Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
14But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
15But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
16These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father’s house.

1Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded.
2When a man vows a vow to the LORD, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
3“Also, when a woman vows a vow to the LORD and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
4and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
5But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. The LORD will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
6“If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,
7and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
8But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. The LORD will forgive her.
9“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
10“If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
11and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.
12But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. The LORD will forgive her.
