14Mais si son mari garde le silence envers elle de jour en jour, il valide par là tous ses vœux ou toutes les obligations qui la lient. Il les valide, parce qu'il ne lui a rien dit le jour où il en a entendu parler.

14But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.

14But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.
