The sons of Israel shall encamp by their fathers' house, every man with his own standard, according to the standards. They shall encamp around the tabernacle of the congregation, afar off.
Los hijos de Israel acamparán cada uno junto á su bandera, según las enseñas de las casas de sus padres; alrededor del tabernáculo del testimonio acamparán.
Every man of the children of Israel shall pitch by his own standard, with the ensign of their father’s house: far off about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they pitch.
“The children of Israel shall encamp every man by his own standard, with the banners of their fathers’ houses. They shall encamp around the Tent of Meeting at a distance from it.
And those who encamp on the east side, toward the sunrising, are of the standard of Judah's camp, according to their armies, the ruler of the sons of Judah being Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
Estos acamparán al levante, al oriente: la bandera del ejército de Judá, por sus escuadrones; y el jefe de los hijos de Judá, Naasón hijo de Aminadab:
And on the east side toward the rising of the sun shall they of the standard of the camp of Judah pitch throughout their armies: and Nahshon the son of Amminadab shall be captain of the children of Judah.
“Those who encamp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah, according to their divisions. The prince of the children of Judah shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
And his army and those numbered of them were seventy four thousand and six hundred.

And the camp of the Levites, with the tabernacle of the congregation shall pull out in the middle of the camps. As they encamp, so they shall pull out, each man in his place, by their standards.

On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan, according to their armies; the ruler of the sons of Dan being Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their armies: and the captain of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
“On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan according to their divisions. The prince of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
And his army, and those numbered of them were sixty two thousand and seven hundred.

And those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Asher: and the captain of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran.
“Those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher. The prince of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ochran.
And his army, and those numbered of them were forty one thousand and five hundred.

These are those numbered of the sons of Israel by their fathers' houses; all numbered of the camps according to their armies were six hundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty.

But the Levites were not numbered among the sons of Israel, as Jehovah commanded Moses.
