Luego a Moisés vinieron las hijas de Zelofehad hijo de Hefer, hijo de Galaad, hijo de Maquir, hijo de Manasés, de las familias de Manasés, hijo de José. Estos fueron los nombres de sus hijas: Maala, Noa, Hogla, Milca y Tirsa.
Y LAS hijas de Salphaad, hijo de Hepher, hijo de Galaad, hijo de Machîr, hijo de Manasés, de las familias de Manasés, hijo de José, los nombres de las cuales eran Maala, y Noa, y Hogla, y Milca, y Tirsa, llegaron;
Then came the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph: and these are the names of his daughters; Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah.
Then the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph came near. These are the names of his daughters: Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.
Ellas se pararon frente a Moisés, Eleazar el sacerdote, los jefes y ante toda la comunidad en la entrada de la tienda de reunión. Ellas dijeron:
Y presentáronse delante de Moisés, y delante del sacerdote Eleazar, y delante de los príncipes, y de toda la congregación, á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, y dijeron:
And they stood before Moses, and before Eleazar the priest, and before the princes and all the congregation, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,

"Nuestro padre murió en el desierto. Él no estaba entre aquellos quienes conspiraron en contra del SEÑOR en la compañía de Coré. Él murió por su propio pecado, y él no tuvo hijos.
Nuestro padre murió en el desierto, el cual no estuvo en la junta que se reunió contra Jehová en la compañía de Coré: sino que en su pecado murió, y no tuvo hijos.
Our father died in the wilderness, and he was not in the company of them that gathered themselves together against the LORD in the company of Korah; but died in his own sin, and had no sons.
“Our father died in the wilderness. He was not among the company of those who gathered themselves together against the LORD in the company of Korah, but he died in his own sin. He had no sons.
¿Por qué el nombre de nuestro padre debería ser quitado de entre los miembros de su familia porque no tuvo hijos? Danos tierra de entre los parientes de nuestro padre."
¿Por qué será quitado el nombre de nuestro padre de entre su familia, por no haber tenido hijo? Danos heredad entre los hermanos de nuestro padre.
Why should the name of our father be done away from among his family, because he hath no son? Give unto us therefore a possession among the brethren of our father.
Why should the name of our father be taken away from among his family, because he had no son? Give to us a possession among the brothers of our father.”
Así que Moisés llevó su caso ante EL SEÑOR.
Y Moisés llevó su causa delante de Jehová.
And Moses brought their cause before the LORD.

El SEÑOR habló a Moisés y dijo:
Y Jehová respondió á Moisés, diciendo:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
"Las hijas de Zelofehad están hablando correctamente. Ciertamente, debes darles la tierra como una herencia de entre los parientes de su padre, y debes asegurarte que la herencia de su padre se pase a ellas.
Bien dicen las hijas de Salphaad: has de darles posesión de heredad entre los hermanos de su padre; y traspasarás la heredad de su padre á ellas.
The daughters of Zelophehad speak right: thou shalt surely give them a possession of an inheritance among their father’s brethren; and thou shalt cause the inheritance of their father to pass unto them.
“The daughters of Zelophehad speak right. You shall surely give them a possession of an inheritance among their father’s brothers. You shall cause the inheritance of their father to pass to them.
Debes hablarle al pueblo de Israel y decirles: "Si un hombre muere y no tiene hijos, entonces ustedes deben hacer que su herencia pase a sus hijas.
Y á los hijos de Israel hablarás, diciendo: Cuando alguno muriere sin hijos, traspasaréis su herencia á su hija:
And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a man die, and have no son, then ye shall cause his inheritance to pass unto his daughter.
You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘If a man dies, and has no son, then you shall cause his inheritance to pass to his daughter.
Si no tiene hija, entonces ustedes deben darle su herencia a sus hermanos.
Y si no tuviere hija, daréis su herencia á sus hermanos:
And if he have no daughter, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his brethren.
If he has no daughter, then you shall give his inheritance to his brothers.
Si no tiene hermanos, entonces deben darle su herencia a los hermanos de su padre.
Y si no tuviere hermanos, daréis su herencia á los hermanos de su padre.
And if he have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his father’s brethren.
If he has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his father’s brothers.
Si su padre no tiene hermanos, entonces ustedes deben darle su herencia al pariente más cercano en su familia, y él debe tomarla para sí mismo. Esta será la ley establecida por orden para el pueblo de Israel, como EL SEÑOR me ha ordenado a mí."'
Y si su padre no tuviere hermanos, daréis su herencia á su pariente más cercano de su linaje, el cual la poseerá: y será á los hijos de Israel por estatuto de derecho, como Jehová mandó á Moisés.
And if his father have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his kinsman that is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it: and it shall be unto the children of Israel a statute of judgment, as the LORD commanded Moses.
If his father has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his kinsman who is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it. This shall be a statute and ordinance for the children of Israel, as the LORD commanded Moses.’”
El SEÑOR dijo a Moisés: "Sube a las montañas de Abarim y mira la tierra que Yo le he dado al pueblo de Israel.
Y Jehová dijo á Moisés: Sube á este monte Abarim, y verás la tierra que he dado á los hijos de Israel.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel.
The LORD said to Moses, “Go up into this mountain of Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the children of Israel.
Después que la hayas visto, tú también debes reunirte con tu pueblo, como Aarón tu hermano.
Y después que la habrás visto, tú también serás reunido á tus pueblos, como fué reunido tu hermano Aarón:
And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered.
When you have seen it, you also shall be gathered to your people, as Aaron your brother was gathered;
Esto va a pasar porque ustedes dos se rebelaron en contra de Mi mandato en el desierto de Zin. Allí, cuando el agua fluyó de la roca, en tu enojo fallaste de hornarme como santo ante los ojos de toda la comunidad." Estas son las aguas de Meriba de Cades en el desierto de Zin.
Pues fuisteis rebeldes á mi dicho en el desierto de Zin, en la rencilla de la congregación, para santificarme en las aguas á ojos de ellos. Estas son las aguas de la rencilla de Cades en el desierto de Zin.
For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.
because in the strife of the congregation, you rebelled against my word in the wilderness of Zin, to honor me as holy at the waters before their eyes.” (These are the waters of Meribah of Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.)
Entonces Moisés habló al SEÑOR y dijo:
Entonces respondió Moisés á Jehová, diciendo:
And Moses spake unto the LORD, saying,
Moses spoke to the LORD, saying,
"Que puedas Tú, SEÑOR, el Dios de todos los espíritus de toda la humanidad, escoger a un hombre sobre toda la comunidad,
Ponga Jehová, Dios de los espíritus de toda carne, varón sobre la congregación,
Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,
“Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,
un hombre que pueda salir y entrar ante ellos y los guíe para salir y los traiga, para que Tu comunidad no sea como una oveja que no tiene pastor."
Que salga delante de ellos, y que entre delante de ellos, que los saque y los introduzca; porque la congregación de Jehová no sea como ovejas sin pastor.
Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd.
who may go out before them, and who may come in before them, and who may lead them out, and who may bring them in, that the congregation of the LORD may not be as sheep which have no shepherd.”
El SEÑOR dijo a Moisés: "Toma a Josué hijo de Nun, un hombre en quien mi Espíritu vive, y pon tu mano sobre él.
Y Jehová dijo á Moisés: Toma á Josué hijo de Nun, varón en el cual hay espíritu, y pondrás tu mano sobre él;
And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;
The LORD said to Moses, “Take Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him.
Ponlo delante de Eleazar el sacerdote y delante de toda la comunidad, y ordénalo a él ante los ojos de ellos para que los dirija.
Y ponerlo has delante de Eleazar el sacerdote, y delante de toda la congregación; y le darás órdenes en presencia de ellos.
And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.
Set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and commission him in their sight.
Tú debes poner algo de tu autoridad sobre él, para que toda la comunidad del pueblo de Israel pueda obedecerlo.
Y pondrás de tu dignidad sobre él, para que toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel le obedezcan.
And thou shalt put some of thine honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient.
You shall give authority to him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may obey.
Él va a ir delante de Eleazar el sacerdote a buscar Mi voluntad para él conforme a las decisiones de Urim. Estará bajo su mandato que la gente salga y entre, tanto él como todo el pueblo de Israel, toda la comunidad."
Y él estará delante de Eleazar el sacerdote, y á él preguntará por el juicio del Urim delante de Jehová: por el dicho de él saldrán, y por el dicho de él entrarán, él, y todos los hijos de Israel con él, y toda la congregación.
And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the LORD: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.
He shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before the LORD. At his word they shall go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.”
Así que Moisés hizo como EL SEÑOR le había ordenado.
Y Moisés hizo como Jehová le había mandado; que tomó á Josué, y le puso delante de Eleazar el sacerdote, y de toda la congregación:
And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation:
Moses did as the LORD commanded him. He took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest and before all the congregation.
Tomó a Josué y lo puso delante de Eleazar el sacerdote y toda la comunidad. Puso sus manos sobre él y le ordenó dirigir, como EL SEÑOR le había ordenado hacer.
Y puso sobre él sus manos, y dióle órdenes, como Jehová había mandado por mano de Moisés.
And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
He laid his hands on him and commissioned him, as the LORD spoke by Moses.
