1Derramada ya la sangre de los culpados, dijo el Señor a Moisés y a Eleazar, hijo de Aarón, sumo sacerdote:
2Sacad toda la suma de los hijos de Israel de veinte años arriba, por sus casas y familias, contando todos los que pueden ir a la guerra.
3Según esto, Moisés y el sumo sacerdote Eleazar recontaron en las campiñas de Moab, a las riberas del Jordán, enfrente de Jericó ,
4los de veinte años arriba, como el Señor lo había mandado, cuyo número es el siguiente:
5Rubén, primogénito de Israel: de él fue hijo Henoc, de quien viene la familia de los henoquitas; y Fallú, de quien la familia de los falluitas;
6y Hesrón, de quien la familia de los hesronitas; y Carmi, de quien la familia de los carmitas.
7Estas son las familias de la estirpe de Rubén, cuyo número se halló ser cuarenta y tres mil setecientos treinta hombres.
8Hijos de Fallú, Eliab.
9Hijos de éste, Namuel, Datán y Abirón. Estos Datán y Abirón son los caudillos del pueblo que se levantaron contra Moisés y Aarón en la rebelión de Coré, cuando se rebelaron contra el Señor,
10y abriendo la tierra su boca los tragó con Coré, muriendo muchísimos, al tiempo mismo que abrasó el fuego a los doscientos cincuenta hombres. Y sucedió entonces el gran prodigio,
11que pereciendo Coré, no perecieron sus hijos.
12Hijos de Simeón por sus parentelas: Namuel, del cual viene la familia de los namuelitas, Jamín, de éste la familia de los jaminitas; Jaquín, de éste la familia de los jaquinitas;
13Zaré, de éste la familia de los zareítas. Saúl de éste la familia de los saulitas.
14Estas son las familias de la estirpe de Simeón, que al todo componían veintidós mil doscientos hombres.
15Hijos de Gad por sus parentelas: Sefón, del cual la familia de los sefonitas: Aggi, de éste la familia de los aggitas; Suni, de éste la familia de los sunitas;
16Ozni, de éste la familia de los oznitas; Her, de éste la familia de los heritas;
17Arod, de éste la familia de los aroditas; Ariel, de éste la familia de los arielitas.
18Estas son las familias de Gad, cuya suma total fue cuarenta mil quinientos.
19Hijos de Judá, Her y Onán, que murieron ambos en tierra de Canaán.
20Y así los hijos de Judá por sus parentelas fueron: Sela, del cual viene la familia de los selaítas; Farés, del cual la familia de los faresitas; Zaré, del cual la familia de los zareítas.
21Hijos de Farés fueron Hosrón, del cual la familia de los hesronitas; y Hamul, del cual la familia de los hamulitas.
22Estas son las familias de Judá, que componían en todo setenta y seis mil quinientos hombres.
23Hijos de Isacar por sus parentelas: Tola, del cual la familia de los tolaítas; Fuá, de quien la familia de los fuaítas;
24Jasub, de quien la familia de los jasubitas; Semrán, de quien la familia de los semranitas.
25Estas son las familias de Isacar, cuyo número total fueron sesenta y cuatro mil trescientos hombres.
26Hijos de Zabulón por sus paren-telas: Sared, del cual la familia de los sareditas; Elón, del cual la familia de los eloni-tas; Jalel, del cual la familia de los jalelitas.
27Estas son las familias de Zabulón, de que se hallaron sesenta mil quinientos hombres.
28Hijos de José por sus parentelas: Manasés y Efraín.
29De Manasés nació Maquir, de quien es la familia de los maquiritas. Maquir engendró a Galaad, del cual la familia de los galaaditas.
30Los hijos de Galaad fueron Jecer, de quien es la familia de los jeceritas; y Helec, del cual la familia de los helecitas;
31y Asriel, del cual la familia de los asrielitas; y Sequem, del cual la familia de los sequemitas;
32y Semida, de quien la familia de los semidaítas; y Hefer, de quien la familia de los heferitas.
33Hefer fue padre de Salfaad, el cual no tuvo hijos, sino solamente hijas, cuyos nombres son estos: Maala, y Noa, y Hegla, y Melca, y Tersa.
34Estas son las familias de Manasés, que dieron el número de cincuenta y dos mil setecientos hombres.
35Los hijos de Efraín por sus parentelas fueron los siguientes: Sutala, del cual la familia de los sutalaítas; Bequer, del cual la familia de los bequeritas; Teen, del cual la familia de los teenitas.
36Hijo de Sutala fue Herán, del cual la familia de los heranitas.
37Estas son las familias de los hijos de Efraín; cuyo número subía a treinta y dos mil quinientos hombres.
38Y estos son los hijos de José por sus familias. Hijos de Benjamín por sus parentelas: Bela, del cual la familia de los belaítas; Asbel, del cual la familia de los asbelitas; Airam, del cual la familia de los airamitas;
39Sufam, del cual la familia de los sufamitas; Hufam, del cual la familia de los hufamitas.
40Hijos de Bela: Hered y Noeman. De Hered, la familia de los hereditas; de Noeman, la familia de los noemanitas.
41Estos son los hijos de Benjamín por sus familias cuyo número fue cuarenta y cinco mil seiscientos hombres.
42Hijos de Dan por sus parentelas: Suham, de quien es la familia de los suhamitas. Esta es la descendencia de Dan por sus familias.
43Todos fueron suhamitas, cuyo número resultó ser sesenta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos hombres.
44Hijos de Aser por sus parentelas: Jemna, del cual es la familia de los jemnaítas; Jesuí de quien la familia de los jesuitas; Brié, de quien la familia de los brieítas.
45Hijos de Brié: Heber, de quien la familia de los heberitas; y Melquiel, de quien la familia de los melquielitas.
46El nombre de la hija de Aser fue Sara.
47Estas son las familias de los hijos de Aser, y su número cincuenta y tres mil cuatrocientos hombres.
48Hijos de Neftalí por sus parentelas: Jesiel, del cual la familia de los jesielitas; Guni, del cual la familia de los gunitas;
49Jeser, del cual la familia de los jeseritas; Sellem, de quien la familia de los sellemitras.
50Estas son las parentelas de los hijos de Neftalí, por sus familias, cuyo número subía a cuarenta y cinco mil cuatrocientos hombres.
51Y esta es la suma de los hijos de Israel que fueron contados, seiscientos un mil setecientos treinta.
52Habló después el Señor a Moisés, diciendo:
53Entre éstos se repartirá la tierra para que la posean, a proporción de su número, y la distinción de sus nombres y familias.
54A los que son el mayor número darás mayor porción, y menor a los de menor número; a cada cual se le dará posesión según acaban ahora de ser contados.
55Pero de manera que la tierra se reparta por suerte entre las tribus y familias;
56y todo lo que tocare por suerte, será lo que pertenezca al mayor o menor número de hombres.
57He aquí también el número de los hijos de Leví por sus familias: Gersón, del cual la familia de los gersonitas; Caat, del cual la familia de los caatitas; Merari, del cual la familia de los meraritas.
58Las familias de Leví son las siguientes: La familia de Lobni, la familia de Hebroni o Hebrón, la familia de Moholi, la familia de Musi, la familia de Coré. Mas Caat engendró a Amram,
59el cual tuvo por mujer a Jocabed, hija o nieta de Leví, que le nació en Egipto. Jocabed tuvo de su marido Amram los dos hijos Aarón y Moisés, y María hermana de éstos.
60De Aarón nacieron Nadab y Abiú, y Eleazar e Itamar;
61de los cuales Nadab y Abiú fueron muertos por haber ofrecido incienso ante el Señor, con fuego extraño.
62Todos los que fueron contados de la familia de Leví se halló que eran veintitrés mil varones de un mes arriba; porque no fueron puestos en el censo de los hijos de Israel, ni se les dio posesión alguna como a los demás.
63Este es el número de los hijos de Israel que fueron alistados por Moisés y Eleazar, sumo sacerdote, en las llanuras de Moab a la orilla del Jordán, enfrente de Jericó ;
64entre los cuales no se halló ninguno de los que antes fueron contados por Moisés y Aarón en el desierto de Sinaí .
65Por cuanto el Señor tenía predicho que todos habrían de morir en el desierto. Y así es que ninguno de ellos quedó sino Caleb, hijo de Jefone, y Josué, hijo de Nun.

1Y ACONTECIÓ después de la mortandad, que Jehová habló á Moisés, y á Eleazar hijo del sacerdote Aarón, diciendo:
2Tomad la suma de toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel, de veinte años arriba, por las casas de sus padres, todos los que puedan salir á la guerra en Israel.
3Y Moisés y Eleazar el sacerdote hablaron con ellos en los campos de Moab, junto al Jordán de Jericó, diciendo:
4Contaréis el pueblo de veinte años arriba, como mandó Jehová á Moisés y á los hijos de Israel, que habían salido de tierra de Egipto.
5Rubén primogénito de Israel: los hijos de Rubén: Hanoc, del cual era la familia de los Hanochîtas; de Phallú, la familia de los Phalluitas;
6De Hesrón, la familia de los Hesronitas; de Carmi, la familia de los Carmitas.
7Estas son las familias de los Rubenitas: y sus contados fueron cuarenta y tres mil setecientos y treinta.
8Y los hijos de Phallú: Eliab.
9Y los hijos de Eliab: Nemuel, y Dathán, y Abiram. Estos Dathán y Abiram fueron los del consejo de la congregación, que hicieron el motín contra Moisés y Aarón con la compañía de Coré, cuando se amotinaron contra Jehová;
10Que la tierra abrió su boca y tragó á ellos y á Coré, cuando aquella compañía murió, cuando consumió el fuego doscientos y cincuenta varones, los cuales fueron por señal.
11Mas los hijos de Coré no murieron.
12Los hijos de Simeón por sus familias: de Nemuel, la familia de los Nemuelitas; de Jamín, la familia de los Jaminitas; de Jachîn, la familia de los Jachînitas;
13De Zera, la familia de los Zeraitas; de Saul, la familia de los Saulitas.
14Estas son las familias de los Simeonitas, veinte y dos mil y doscientos.
15Los hijos de Gad por sus familias: de Zephón, la familia de los Zephonitas; de Aggi, la familia de los Aggitas; de Suni, la familia de los Sunitas;
16De Ozni, la familia de los Oznitas; de Eri, la familia de los Eritas;
17De Aroz, la familia de los Aroditas; de Areli, la familia de los Arelitas.
18Estas son las familias de Gad, por sus contados, cuarenta mil y quinientos.
19Los hijos de Judá: Er y Onán; y Er y Onán murieron en la tierra de Canaán.
20Y fueron los hijos de Judá por sus familias: de Sela, la familia de los Selaitas; de Phares, la familia de los Pharesitas; de Zera, la familia de los Zeraitas.
21Y fueron los hijos de Phares: de Hesrón, la familia de los Hesronitas; de Hamul, la familia de los Hamulitas.
22Estas son las familias de Judá, por sus contados, setenta y seis mil y quinientos.
23Los hijos de Issachâr por sus familias: de Thola, la familia de los Tholaitas; de Puá la familia de los Puanitas;
24De Jasub, la familia de los Jasubitas; de Simron, la familia de los Simronitas.
25Estas son las familias de Issachâr, por sus contados, sesenta y cuatro mil y trescientos.
26Los hijos de Zabulón por sus familias: de Sered, la familia de los Sereditas; de Elón, la familia de los Elonitas; de Jalel, la familia de los Jalelitas.
27Estas son las familias de los Zabulonitas, por sus contados, sesenta mil y quinientos.
28Los hijos de José por sus familias: Manasés y Ephraim.

35Estos son los hijos de Ephraim por sus familias: de Suthala, la familia de los Suthalaitas; de Bechêr, la familia de los Bechêritas; de Tahan, la familia de los Tahanitas.
36Y estos son los hijos de Suthala: de Herán, la familia de los Heranitas.
37Estas son las familias de los hijos de Ephraim, por sus contados, treinta y dos mil y quinientos. Estos son los hijos de José por sus familias.
38Los hijos de Benjamín por sus familias: de Bela, la familia de los Belaitas; de Asbel, la familia de los Asbelitas; de Achîram, la familia de los Achîramitas;

44Los hijos de Aser por sus familias: de Imna, la familia de los Imnaitas; de Issui, la familia de los Issuitas; de Beria, la familia de los Beriaitas.
45Los hijos de Beria: de Heber, la familia de los Heberitas; de Malchîel, la familia de los Malchîelitas.
46Y el nombre de la hija de Aser fué Sera.
47Estas son las familias de los hijos de Aser, por sus contados, cincuenta y tres mil y cuatrocientos.
48Los hijos de Nephtalí por sus familias: de Jahzeel, la familia de los Jahzeelitas; de Guni, la familia de los Gunitas;
49De Jeser, la familia de los Jeseritas; de Sillem, la familia de los Sillemitas.
50Estas son las familias de Nephtalí por sus familias; y sus contados, cuarenta y cinco mil y cuatrocientos.
51Estos son los contados de los hijos de Israel, seiscientos y un mil setecientos y treinta.
52Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
53A estos se repartirá la tierra en heredad, por la cuenta de los nombres.
54A los más darás mayor heredad, y á los menos menor; y á cada uno se le dará su heredad conforme á sus contados.
55Empero la tierra será repartida por suerte; y por los nombres de las tribus de sus padres heredarán.
56Conforme á la suerte será repartida su heredad entre el grande y el pequeño.
57Y los contados de los Levitas por sus familias son estos: de Gersón, la familia de los Gersonitas; de Coath, la familia de los Coathitas; de Merari, la familia de los Meraritas.
58Estas son las familias de los Levitas: la familia de los Libnitas, la familia de los Hebronitas, la familia de los Mahalitas, la familia de los Musitas, la familia de los Coritas. Y Coath engendró á Amram.
59Y la mujer de Amram se llamó Jochâbed, hija de Leví, la cual nació á Leví en Egipto: ésta parió de Amram á Aarón y á Moisés, y á María su hermana.
60Y á Aarón nacieron Nadab y Abiú, Eleazar é Ithamar.
61Mas Nadab y Abiú murieron, cuando ofrecieron fuego extraño delante de Jehová.
62Y los contados de los Levitas fueron veinte y tres mil, todos varones de un mes arriba: porque no fueron contados entre los hijos de Israel, por cuanto no les había de ser dada heredad entre los hijos de Israel.
63Estos son los contados por Moisés y Eleazar el sacerdote, los cuales contaron los hijos de Israel en los campos de Moab, junto al Jordán de Jericó.
64Y entre estos ninguno hubo de los contados por Moisés y Aarón el sacerdote, los cuales contaron á los hijos de Israel en el desierto de Sinaí.
65Porque Jehová les dijo: Han de morir en el desierto: y no quedó varón de ellos, sino Caleb hijo de Jephone, y Josué hijo de Nun.

1And it came to pass after the plague, that the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
2Take the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, throughout their fathers’ house, all that are able to go to war in Israel.
3And Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
4Take the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt.
5Reuben, the eldest son of Israel: the children of Reuben; Hanoch, of whom cometh the family of the Hanochites: of Pallu, the family of the Palluites:
6Of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites: of Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
7These are the families of the Reubenites: and they that were numbered of them were forty and three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.
8And the sons of Pallu; Eliab.
9And the sons of Eliab; Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. This is that Dathan and Abiram, which were famous in the congregation, who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah, when they strove against the LORD:
10And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah, when that company died, what time the fire devoured two hundred and fifty men: and they became a sign.
11Notwithstanding the children of Korah died not.
12The sons of Simeon after their families: of Nemuel, the family of the Nemuelites: of Jamin, the family of the Jaminites: of Jachin, the family of the Jachinites:
13Of Zerah, the family of the Zarhites: of Shaul, the family of the Shaulites.
14These are the families of the Simeonites, twenty and two thousand and two hundred.
15The children of Gad after their families: of Zephon, the family of the Zephonites: of Haggi, the family of the Haggites: of Shuni, the family of the Shunites:
16Of Ozni, the family of the Oznites: of Eri, the family of the Erites:
17Of Arod, the family of the Arodites: of Areli, the family of the Arelites.

27These are the families of the Zebulunites according to those that were numbered of them, threescore thousand and five hundred.
28The sons of Joseph after their families were Manasseh and Ephraim.
29Of the sons of Manasseh: of Machir, the family of the Machirites: and Machir begat Gilead: of Gilead come the family of the Gileadites.
30These are the sons of Gilead: of Jeezer, the family of the Jeezerites: of Helek, the family of the Helekites:
31And of Asriel, the family of the Asrielites: and of Shechem, the family of the Shechemites:
32And of Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites: and of Hepher, the family of the Hepherites.
33And Zelophehad the son of Hepher had no sons, but daughters: and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.
34These are the families of Manasseh, and those that were numbered of them, fifty and two thousand and seven hundred.
35These are the sons of Ephraim after their families: of Shuthelah, the family of the Shuthalhites: of Becher, the family of the Bachrites: of Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.
36And these are the sons of Shuthelah: of Eran, the family of the Eranites.
37These are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those that were numbered of them, thirty and two thousand and five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph after their families.
38The sons of Benjamin after their families: of Bela, the family of the Belaites: of Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites: of Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites:
39Of Shupham, the family of the Shuphamites: of Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.

42These are the sons of Dan after their families: of Shuham, the family of the Shuhamites. These are the families of Dan after their families.
43All the families of the Shuhamites, according to those that were numbered of them, were threescore and four thousand and four hundred.
44Of the children of Asher after their families: of Jimna, the family of the Jimnites: of Jesui, the family of the Jesuites: of Beriah, the family of the Beriites.
45Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites: of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.
46And the name of the daughter of Asher was Sarah.
47These are the families of the sons of Asher according to those that were numbered of them; who were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
48Of the sons of Naphtali after their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites: of Guni, the family of the Gunites:
49Of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites: of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
50These are the families of Naphtali according to their families: and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and four hundred.
51These were the numbered of the children of Israel, six hundred thousand and a thousand seven hundred and thirty.
52And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
53Unto these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
54To many thou shalt give the more inheritance, and to few thou shalt give the less inheritance: to every one shall his inheritance be given according to those that were numbered of him.
55Notwithstanding the land shall be divided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.
56According to the lot shall the possession thereof be divided between many and few.
57And these are they that were numbered of the Levites after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites: of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites: of Merari, the family of the Merarites.
58These are the families of the Levites: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korathites. And Kohath begat Amram.
59And the name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, whom her mother bare to Levi in Egypt: and she bare unto Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
60And unto Aaron was born Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
61And Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before the LORD.
62And those that were numbered of them were twenty and three thousand, all males from a month old and upward: for they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.
63These are they that were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
64But among these there was not a man of them whom Moses and Aaron the priest numbered, when they numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
65For the LORD had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

1After the plague, the LORD spoke to Moses and to Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
2“Take a census of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, by their fathers’ houses, all who are able to go out to war in Israel.”
3Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,
4“Take a census, from twenty years old and upward, as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel.” These are those who came out of the land of Egypt.
5Reuben, the firstborn of Israel; the sons of Reuben: of Hanoch, the family of the Hanochites; of Pallu, the family of the Palluites;
6of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites; of Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
7These are the families of the Reubenites; and those who were counted of them were forty-three thousand seven hundred thirty.
8The son of Pallu: Eliab.
9The sons of Eliab: Nemuel, Dathan, and Abiram. These are that Dathan and Abiram who were called by the congregation, who rebelled against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah when they rebelled against the LORD;
10and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah when that company died; at the time the fire devoured two hundred fifty men, and they became a sign.
11Notwithstanding, the sons of Korah didn’t die.

14These are the families of the Simeonites, twenty-two thousand two hundred.

51These are those who were counted of the children of Israel, six hundred one thousand seven hundred thirty.
52The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
53“To these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
54To the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance. To everyone according to those who were counted of him shall his inheritance be given.
55Notwithstanding, the land shall be divided by lot. According to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.
56According to the lot shall their inheritance be divided between the more and the fewer.”
57These are those who were counted of the Levites after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites; of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; of Merari, the family of the Merarites.
58These are the families of Levi: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, and the family of the Korahites. Kohath became the father of Amram.
59The name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt. She bore to Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
60To Aaron were born Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
61Nadab and Abihu died when they offered strange fire before the LORD.
62Those who were counted of them were twenty-three thousand, every male from a month old and upward; for they were not counted among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.
63These are those who were counted by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who counted the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.
64But among these there was not a man of them who were counted by Moses and Aaron the priest, who counted the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
65For the LORD had said of them, “They shall surely die in the wilderness.” There was not a man left of them, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
