Der HERR hatte ihnen ja angekündigt, daß sie in der Wüste sterben sollten. So war denn kein einziger von ihnen übriggeblieben außer Kaleb, dem Sohn Jephunnes, und Josua, dem Sohne Nuns.

Porque Jehová les dijo: Han de morir en el desierto: y no quedó varón de ellos, sino Caleb hijo de Jephone, y Josué hijo de Nun.

For the LORD had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
