Números 23

Ecco un popolo, che si leverà su qual lionessa, e come leone si alzerà: non si sdraierà, se non dopo che avrà divorato la preda, e bevuto il sangue degli uccisi.

He aquí el pueblo, que como león se levantará, y como león se erguirá: no se echará hasta que coma la presa, y beba la sangre de los muertos.

Behold, the people shall rise up as a great lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, and drink the blood of the slain.

Behold, a people rises up as a lioness. As a lion he lifts himself up. He shall not lie down until he eats of the prey, and drinks the blood of the slain.”
