Números 22

Venuto poi il mattino, lo condusse a' luoghi eccelsi di Baal, donde egli mirò fino alle ultime parti del popolo (d'Israele). Balaam, alzati gli altari, si dispone a maledire gli Ebrei; ma invece di maledire benedice una, e due volte il popolo d'Israele, di cui molte cose predice.

Y el día siguiente Balac tomó á Balaam, é hízolo subir á los altos de Baal, y desde allí vió la extremidad del pueblo.

And it came to pass on the morrow, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal, that thence he might see the utmost part of the people.
