Guai a te, o Moab; tu sei andato in rovina, popolo di Chamos. Questi ha fatto che si dessero alla fuga i suoi figliuoli, e le sue figlie fossero schiave di Sehon re degli Amorrei.

¡Ay de ti, Moab! Perecido has, pueblo de Chêmos: puso sus hijos en huída, y sus hijas en cautividad, por Sehón rey de los Amorrheos.

Woe to thee, Moab! thou art undone, O people of Chemosh: he hath given his sons that escaped, and his daughters, into captivity unto Sihon king of the Amorites.

Woe to you, Moab! You are undone, people of Chemosh! He has given his sons as fugitives, and his daughters into captivity, to Sihon king of the Amorites.
