1Y como hubiese oído Arad, rey de los cananeos, que habitaba al mediodía, que Israel había venido por el mismo camino de los exploradores, peleó contra él; y saliendo vencedor se llevó los despojos.

1And when king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south, heard tell that Israel came by the way of the spies; then he fought against Israel, and took some of them prisoners.
