Or les enfants d’Israël, savoir toute l’assemblée, arrivèrent au désert de Tsin au premier mois ; et le peuple demeura à Kadès, et Marie mourut là, et y fut ensevelie.

Y LLEGARON los hijos de Israel, toda la congregación, al desierto de Zin, en el mes primero, y asentó el pueblo en Cades; y allí murió María, y fué allí sepultada.

Then came the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, into the desert of Zin in the first month: and the people abode in Kadesh; and Miriam died there, and was buried there.

Et n’y ayant point d’eau pour l’assemblée, ils s’attroupèrent contre Moïse, et contre Aaron.

Et le peuple disputa contre Moïse, et ils lui dirent : Plût à Dieu que nous fussions morts quand nos frères moururent devant l’Eternel ?

Y regañó el pueblo con Moisés, y hablaron diciendo: ¡Ojalá que nosotros hubiéramos muerto cuando perecieron nuestros hermanos delante de Jehová!

And the people chode with Moses, and spake, saying, Would God that we had died when our brethren died before the LORD!

Et pourquoi avez-vous fait venir l’assemblée de l’Eternel dans ce désert, pour y mourir, nous et nos bêtes ?

¿Y por qué hiciste venir la congregación de Jehová á este desierto, para que muramos aquí nosotros y nuestras bestias?

And why have ye brought up the congregation of the LORD into this wilderness, that we and our cattle should die there?

Why have you brought the LORD’s assembly into this wilderness, that we should die there, we and our animals?

Et pourquoi nous avez-vous fait monter d’Egypte, pour nous amener en ce méchant lieu, qui n’est point un lieu pour semer, ni un lieu pour des figuiers, ni pour des vignes, ni pour des grenadiers ; et où même il n’y a point d’eau pour boire ?

¿Y por qué nos has hecho subir de Egipto, para traernos á este mal lugar? No es lugar de sementera, de higueras, de viñas, ni granadas: ni aun de agua para beber.

And wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink.

Alors Moïse et Aaron se retirèrent de devant l’assemblée à l’entrée du Tabernacle d’assignation, et tombèrent sur leurs faces, et la gloire de l’Eternel apparut.

Y fuéronse Moisés y Aarón de delante de la congregación á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, y echáronse sobre sus rostros; y la gloria de Jehová apareció sobre ellos.

And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto them.

Prends la verge, et convoque l’assemblée, toi et Aaron ton frère, et parlez en leur présence au rocher, et il donnera son eau ; ainsi tu leur feras sortir de l’eau du rocher, et tu donneras à boire à l’assemblée et à leurs bêtes.

Toma la vara, y reune la congregación, tú y Aarón tu hermano, y hablad á la peña en ojos de ellos; y ella dará su agua, y les sacarás aguas de la peña, y darás de beber á la congregación, y á sus bestias.

Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.

“Take the rod, and assemble the congregation, you, and Aaron your brother, and speak to the rock before their eyes, that it pour out its water. You shall bring water to them out of the rock; so you shall give the congregation and their livestock drink.”

Moïse donc prit la verge de devant l’Eternel, comme il lui avait commandé.

Y juntaron Moisés y Aarón la congregación delante de la peña, y díjoles: Oid ahora, rebeldes: ¿os hemos de hacer salir aguas de esta peña?

And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock?

Puis Moïse leva sa main, et frappa de sa verge le rocher par deux fois ; et il en sortit des eaux en abondance, et l’assemblée but, et leurs bêtes aussi.

Entonces alzó Moisés su mano, é hirió la peña con su vara dos veces: y salieron muchas aguas, y bebió la congregación, y sus bestias.

And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also.

Et l’Eternel dit à Moïse et à Aaron : Parce que vous n’avez point cru en moi,pour me sanctifier en la présence des enfants d’Israël, aussi vous n’introduirez point cette assemblée au pays que je leur ai donné.

Y Jehová dijo á Moisés y á Aarón: Por cuanto no creísteis en mí, para santificarme en ojos de los hijos de Israel, por tanto, no meteréis esta congregación en la tierra que les he dado.

And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you didn’t believe in me, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.”

Ce sont là les eaux de dispute, pour lesquelles les enfants d’Israël disputèrent contre l’Eternel ; et il se sanctifia en eux.

Estas son las aguas de la rencilla, por las cuales contendieron los hijos de Israel con Jehová, y él se santificó en ellos.

Puis Moïse envoya des ambassadeurs de Kadès au roi d’Edom, pour lui dire: Ainsi a dit ton frère Israël : Tu sais tout le travail que nous avons eu ;

Y envió Moisés embajadores al rey de Edom desde Cades: Así dice Israel tu hermano: Tú has sabido todo el trabajo que nos ha venido:

And Moses sent messengers from Kadesh unto the king of Edom, Thus saith thy brother Israel, Thou knowest all the travail that hath befallen us:

Comment nos pères descendirent en Egypte, où nous avons demeuré longtemps ; et comment les Egyptiens nous ont maltraités, nous et nos pères.

Cómo nuestros padres descendieron á Egipto, y estuvimos en Egipto largo tiempo, y los Egipcios nos maltrataron, y á nuestros padres;

How our fathers went down into Egypt, and we have dwelt in Egypt a long time; and the Egyptians vexed us, and our fathers:

Et nous avons crié à l’Eternel, qui ayant entendu nos cris, a envoyé l’Ange, et nous a retirés d’Egypte. Or voici, nous sommes à Kadès, ville qui est au bout de tes frontières.

Y clamamos á Jehová, el cual oyó nuestra voz, y envió ángel, y sacónos de Egipto; y he aquí estamos en Cades, ciudad al extremo de tus confines:

And when we cried unto the LORD, he heard our voice, and sent an angel, and hath brought us forth out of Egypt: and, behold, we are in Kadesh, a city in the uttermost of thy border:

Je te prie que nous passions par ton pays ; nous ne passerons point par les champs, ni par les vignes, et nous ne boirons point de l’eau d’aucun puits ; nous marcherons par le chemin royal ; nous ne nous détournerons ni à droite ni à gauche, jusqu’à ce que nous ayons passé tes limites.

Rogámoste que pasemos por tu tierra; no pasaremos por labranza, ni por viña, ni beberemos agua de pozos: por el camino real iremos, sin apartarnos á la diestra ni á la siniestra, hasta que hayamos pasado tu término.

Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

“Please let us pass through your land. We will not pass through field or through vineyard, neither will we drink from the water of the wells. We will go along the king’s highway. We will not turn away to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed your border.”

Et Edom lui dit : Tu ne passeras point par mon pays, de peur que je ne sorte en armes à ta rencontre.

Y Edom le respondió: No pasarás por mi país, de otra manera saldré contra ti armado.

And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.

Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through me, lest I come out with the sword against you.”

Les enfants d’Israël lui répondirent : Nous monterons par le grand chemin, et si nous buvons de tes eaux, moi et mes bêtes, je t’en payerai le prix ; seulement que j’y prenne mon passage.

Y los hijos de Israel dijeron: Por el camino seguido iremos; y si bebiéremos tus aguas yo y mis ganados, daré el precio de ellas: ciertamente sin hacer otra cosa, pasaré de seguida.

And the children of Israel said unto him, We will go by the high way: and if I and my cattle drink of thy water, then I will pay for it: I will only, without doing any thing else, go through on my feet.

The children of Israel said to him, “We will go up by the highway; and if we drink your water, I and my livestock, then I will give its price. Only let me, without doing anything else, pass through on my feet.”

Mais Edom lui dit : Tu n’y passeras point ; et sur cela Edom sortit à sa rencontre avec une grande multitude, et à main armée.

Y él respondió: No pasarás. Y salió Edom contra él con mucho pueblo, y mano fuerte.

And he said, Thou shalt not go through. And Edom came out against him with much people, and with a strong hand.

Ainsi Edom ne voulut point permettre à Israël de passer par ses frontières ; c’est pourquoi Israël se détourna de lui.

Et les enfants d’Israël, savoir toute l’assemblée, étant partis de Kadès vinrent en la montagne de Hor.

Y partidos de Cades los hijos de Israel, toda aquella congregación, vinieron al monte de Hor.

And the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, journeyed from Kadesh, and came unto mount Hor.

They traveled from Kadesh, and the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, came to Mount Hor.

Et l’Eternel parla à Moïse et à Aaron en la montagne de Hor, près des frontières du pays d’Edom, en disant :

Y Jehová habló á Moisés y Aarón en el monte de Hor, en los confines de la tierra de Edom, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in mount Hor, by the coast of the land of Edom, saying,

The LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron in Mount Hor, by the border of the land of Edom, saying,

Aaron sera recueilli vers ses peuples, car il n’entrera point au pays que j’ai donné aux enfants d’Israël, parce que vous avez été rebelles à mon commandement aux eaux de la dispute.

Aarón será reunido á sus pueblos; pues no entrará en la tierra que yo di á los hijos de Israel, por cuanto fuisteis rebeldes á mi mandamiento en las aguas de la rencilla.

Aaron shall be gathered unto his people: for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the water of Meribah.

“Aaron shall be gathered to his people; for he shall not enter into the land which I have given to the children of Israel, because you rebelled against my word at the waters of Meribah.

Prends donc Aaron et Eléazar son fils, et fais les monter sur la montagne de Hor.

Toma á Aarón y á Eleazar su hijo, y hazlos subir al monte de Hor;

Puis fais dépouiller Aaron de ses vêtements, et fais en revêtir Eléazar son fils ; et Aaron sera recueilli, et mourra là.

Y haz desnudar á Aarón sus vestidos, y viste de ellos á Eleazar su hijo; porque Aarón será reunido á sus pueblos, y allí morirá.

Moïse donc fit ainsi que l’Eternel l’avait commandé ; et ils montèrent sur la montagne de Hor, toute l’assemblée le voyant.

Et Moïse fit dépouiller Aaron de ses vêtements et en fit revêtir Eléazar son fils ; puis Aaron mourut là au sommet de la montagne, et Moïse et Eléazar descendirent de la montagne.

Y Moisés hizo desnudar á Aarón de sus vestidos y vistiólos á Eleazar su hijo: y Aarón murió allí en la cumbre del monte: y Moisés y Eleazar descendieron del monte.

And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there in the top of the mount: and Moses and Eleazar came down from the mount.

Et toute l’assemblée, savoir toute la maison d’Israël, voyant qu’Aaron était mort, ils le pleurèrent trente jours.

Y viendo toda la congregación que Aarón era muerto, hiciéronle duelo por treinta días todas las familias de Israel.
