Edom aber antwortete ihm: Du darfst nicht durch mein Land ziehen, sonst trete ich dir mit dem Schwert entgegen.

Y Edom le respondió: No pasarás por mi país, de otra manera saldré contra ti armado.

And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.

Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through me, lest I come out with the sword against you.”
