"Esto es un estatuto, una ley que Yo les estoy ordenando: Digan a la gente de Israel que deben traer a ustedes una novilla roja sin defecto o mancha, y que nunca ha llevado un yugo.
Esta es la ordenanza de la ley que Jehová ha prescrito, diciendo: Di á los hijos de Israel que te traigan una vaca bermeja, perfecta, en la cual no haya falta, sobre la cual no se haya puesto yugo:
This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke:
“This is the statute of the law which the LORD has commanded. Tell the children of Israel to bring you a red heifer without spot, in which is no defect, and which was never yoked.
Entreguen la novilla a Eleazar el sacerdote. Debe traerla fuera del campamento, y alguien debe matarla frente a él.
Y la daréis á Eleazar el sacerdote, y él la sacará fuera del campo, y harála degollar en su presencia.
And ye shall give her unto Eleazar the priest, that he may bring her forth without the camp, and one shall slay her before his face:
You shall give her to Eleazar the priest, and he shall bring her outside of the camp, and one shall kill her before his face.
Eleazar el sacerdote debe tomar parte de la sangre con su dedo y rocíarla siete veces frente a la tienda de reunión.
Y tomará Eleazar el sacerdote de su sangre con su dedo, y rociará hacia la delantera del tabernáculo del testimonio con la sangre de ella siete veces;
And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times:

Otro sacerdote debe quemar la novilla a su vista. Debe quemar su cuero, su carne y su sangre con su estiércol.

El sacerdote debe tomar madera de cedro, hisopo y lana escarlata, y arrojarlo todo en medio del fuego en que arde la novilla.

El que haya quemado la novilla debe lavar sus ropas en agua y bañarse en agua. Quedará inmundo hasta el atardecer.

Alguien que esté limpio debe recoger las cenizas de la novilla y ponerlas fuera del campamento en un lugar limpio. Estas cenizas deben ser guardadas para la comunidad de la gente de Israel. Ellos mezclarán las cenizas con agua para la purificación de pecado, ya que las cenizas fueron una ofrenda por el pecado.
Y un hombre limpio recogerá las cenizas de la vaca, y las pondrá fuera del campo en lugar limpio, y las guardará la congregación de los hijos de Israel para el agua de separación: es una expiación.
And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer, and lay them up without the camp in a clean place, and it shall be kept for the congregation of the children of Israel for a water of separation: it is a purification for sin.

El que recoja las cenizas de la novilla debera lavar sus ropas. Permanecerá inmundo hasta el atardecer. Esto será una ley para siempre para la gente de Israel y los extranjeros que se queden con ellos.
Y el que recogió las cenizas de la vaca, lavará sus vestidos, y será inmundo hasta la tarde: y será á los hijos de Israel, y al extranjero que peregrina entre ellos, por estatuto perpetuo.
And he that gathereth the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: and it shall be unto the children of Israel, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among them, for a statute for ever.

Tal persona debe purifícarse a sí mismo en el tercer día y en el séptimo día. Entonces será limpio. Pero si no se purifíca a sí mismo en el tercer día, entonces no será limpio en el séptimo día.

Cualquiera que toque una persona muerta, el cuerpo de un hombre que haya muerto, y no se limpie a sí mismo-- esta persona contamina la tienda de reunión del SEÑOR. Esa persona deberá ser cortada de Israel porque el agua de la impureza no fue rocíada sobre él. Quedará inmundo, su impureza permanecerá en él.
Cualquiera que tocare en muerto, en persona de hombre que estuviere muerto, y no se purificare, el tabernáculo de Jehová contaminó; y aquella persona será cortada de Israel: por cuanto el agua de la separación no fué rociada sobre él, inmundo será; y su inmundicia será sobre él.
Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself, defileth the tabernacle of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.

Cada envase abierto sin tapa se volverá inmundo.

Similarmente, cualquiera fuera de la tienda quien toque a alguien que haya sido asesinado por la espada, cualquier otro cuerpo muerto, hueso humano, o tumba-- esa persona será inmunda por siete días.
Y cualquiera que tocare en muerto á cuchillo sobre la haz del campo, ó en muerto, ó en hueso humano, ó en sepulcro, siete días será inmundo.

Haz esto por la persona inmunda: toma algo de ceniza de la ofrenda por el pecado quemada y mézclalas en una jarra con agua fresca.
Y para el inmundo tomarán de la ceniza de la quemada vaca de la expiación, y echarán sobre ella agua viva en un vaso:
And for an unclean person they shall take of the ashes of the burnt heifer of purification for sin, and running water shall be put thereto in a vessel:
“For the unclean, they shall take of the ashes of the burning of the sin offering; and running water shall be poured on them in a vessel.
Alguien que esté limpio debe tomar hisopo, mojarlo en el agua, y rociarlo en la tienda, en todos los envasess de la tienda, en las personas que estuvieron ahí, y sobre cualquiera que tocó hueso, el que fue asesinado, el que haya muerto, o la tumba.
Y un hombre limpio tomará hisopo, y mojarálo en el agua, y rociará sobre la tienda, y sobre todos los muebles, y sobre las personas que allí estuvieren, y sobre aquel que hubiere tocado el hueso, ó el matado, ó el muerto, ó el sepulcro:
And a clean person shall take hyssop, and dip it in the water, and sprinkle it upon the tent, and upon all the vessels, and upon the persons that were there, and upon him that touched a bone, or one slain, or one dead, or a grave:

En el tercer día y en el séptimo día, la persona limpia debe rociar la persona inmunda. En el séptimo día la persona inmunda debe purifícarse a sí mismo. Él debe lavar sus ropas y bañarse en agua. En la noche, él se volverá limpio.

And the clean person shall sprinkle upon the unclean on the third day, and on the seventh day: and on the seventh day he shall purify himself, and wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and shall be clean at even.
The clean person shall sprinkle on the unclean on the third day, and on the seventh day. On the seventh day, he shall purify him. He shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water, and shall be clean at evening.
Pero cualquiera que permanezca inmundo, quien no quiera purificarse a sí mismo-- esa persona será cortada de la comunidad, porque él ha contaminado el santuario del SEÑOR. El agua para la impureza no será rociada en él; él quedará inmundo.
Y el que fuere inmundo, y no se purificare, la tal persona será cortada de entre la congregación, por cuanto contaminó el tabernáculo de Jehová: no fué rociada sobre él el agua de separación: es inmundo.
But the man that shall be unclean, and shall not purify himself, that soul shall be cut off from among the congregation, because he hath defiled the sanctuary of the LORD: the water of separation hath not been sprinkled upon him; he is unclean.
But the man who shall be unclean, and shall not purify himself, that soul shall be cut off from among the assembly, because he has defiled the sanctuary of the LORD. The water for impurity has not been sprinkled on him. He is unclean.
Esto será una ley para siempre sobre estas situaciones. El que rocíe el agua para la impureza debe lavar sus ropas. El que toque el agua para la impureza se volverá inmundo hasta el atardecer.
Y les será por estatuto perpetuo: también el que rociare el agua de la separación lavará sus vestidos; y el que tocare el agua de la separación, será inmundo hasta la tarde.
And it shall be a perpetual statute unto them, that he that sprinkleth the water of separation shall wash his clothes; and he that toucheth the water of separation shall be unclean until even.
It shall be a perpetual statute to them. He who sprinkles the water for impurity shall wash his clothes, and he who touches the water for impurity shall be unclean until evening.
Lo que sea que la persona inmunda toque se volverá inmundo. La persona que lo toque se volverá inmunda hasta el atardecer."
Y todo lo que el inmundo tocare, será inmundo: y la persona que lo tocare, será inmunda hasta la tarde.
And whatsoever the unclean person toucheth shall be unclean; and the soul that toucheth it shall be unclean until even.
“Whatever the unclean person touches shall be unclean; and the soul that touches it shall be unclean until evening.”
