E Coré, filho de Izar, filho de Coate, filho de Levi; e Datã e Abirão, filhos de Eliabe; e Om, filho de Pelete, dos filhos de Rúben, tomaram gente,

Y CORÉ, hijo de Ishar, hijo de Coath, hijo de Leví; y Dathán y Abiram, hijos de Eliab; y Hon, hijo de Peleth, de los hijos de Rubén, tomaron gente,

Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:

Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, with Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took some men.

E levantaram-se contra Moisés com duzentos e cinquenta homens dos filhos de Israel, príncipes da congregação, dos do conselho, homens de renome;

Y levantáronse contra Moisés con doscientos y cincuenta varones de los hijos de Israel, príncipes de la congregación, de los del consejo, varones de nombre;

And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:

They rose up before Moses, with some of the children of Israel, two hundred fifty princes of the congregation, called to the assembly, men of renown.

E se juntaram contra Moisés e Arão, e lhes disseram: Basta-vos, porque toda a congregação, todos eles são santos, e em meio deles está o SENHOR: por que, pois, vos levantais vós sobre a congregação do SENHOR?

Y se juntaron contra Moisés y Aarón, y les dijeron: Básteos, porque toda la congregación, todos ellos son santos, y en medio de ellos está Jehová: ¿por qué, pues, os levantáis vosotros sobre la congregación de Jehová?

And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

They assembled themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said to them, “You take too much on yourself, since all the congregation are holy, everyone of them, and the LORD is among them! Why do you lift yourselves up above the LORD’s assembly?”

E quando o ouviu Moisés, lançou-se sobre seu rosto;

Y como lo oyó Moisés, echóse sobre su rostro;

And when Moses heard it, he fell upon his face:

When Moses heard it, he fell on his face.

E falou a Coré e a todo o seu grupo, dizendo: Amanhã mostrará o SENHOR quem é seu, e ao santo o fará chegar a si; e ao que ele escolher, ele o achegará a si.

Y habló á Coré y á todo su séquito, diciendo: Mañana mostrará Jehová quién es suyo, y al santo harálo llegar á sí; y al que él escogiere, él lo allegará á sí.

And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.

He said to Korah and to all his company, “In the morning, the LORD will show who are his, and who is holy, and will cause him to come near to him. Even him whom he shall choose, he will cause to come near to him.

Fazei isto: tomai incensários, Coré e todo o seu grupo:

This do; Take you censers, Korah, and all his company;

Do this: have Korah and all his company take censers,

E ponde fogo neles, e ponde neles incenso diante do SENHOR amanhã; e será que o homem a quem o SENHOR escolher, aquele será o santo: basta-vos isto, filhos de Levi.

Y poned fuego en ellos, y poned en ellos sahumerio delante de Jehová mañana; y será que el varón á quien Jehová escogiere, aquél será el santo: básteos esto, hijos de Leví.

And put fire therein, and put incense in them before the LORD to morrow: and it shall be that the man whom the LORD doth choose, he shall be holy: ye take too much upon you, ye sons of Levi.

put fire in them, and put incense on them before the LORD tomorrow. It shall be that the man whom the LORD chooses, he shall be holy. You have gone too far, you sons of Levi!”

Disse mais Moisés a Coré: Ouvi agora, filhos de Levi:

Dijo más Moisés á Coré: Oid ahora, hijos de Leví:

And Moses said unto Korah, Hear, I pray you, ye sons of Levi:

Moses said to Korah, “Hear now, you sons of Levi!

Vos é pouco que o Deus de Israel vos haja apartado da congregação de Israel, fazendo-vos achegar a si para que ministrasses no serviço do tabernáculo do SENHOR, e estivésseis diante da congregação para ministrar-lhes?

¿Os es poco que el Dios de Israel os haya apartado de la congregación de Israel, haciéndoos allegar á sí para que ministraseis en el servicio del tabernáculo de Jehová, y estuvieseis delante de la congregación para ministrarles?

Seemeth it but a small thing unto you, that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to minister unto them?

Is it a small thing to you that the God of Israel has separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself, to do the service of the LORD’s tabernacle, and to stand before the congregation to minister to them;

E que te fez aproximar a ti, e a todos os teus irmãos os filhos de Levi contigo; para que procureis também o sacerdócio?

¿Y que te hizo acercar á ti, y á todos tus hermanos los hijos de Leví contigo; para que procuréis también el sacerdocio?

And he hath brought thee near to him, and all thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee: and seek ye the priesthood also?

and that he has brought you near, and all your brothers the sons of Levi with you? Do you seek the priesthood also?

Portanto, tu e todo o teu grupo sois os que vos juntais contra o SENHOR: pois Arão, que é para que contra ele murmureis?

Por tanto, tú y todo tu séquito sois los que os juntáis contra Jehová: pues Aarón, ¿qué es para que contra él murmuréis?

For which cause both thou and all thy company are gathered together against the LORD: and what is Aaron, that ye murmur against him?

Therefore you and all your company have gathered together against the LORD! What is Aaron that you complain against him?”

E enviou Moisés a chamar a Datã e Abirão, filhos de Eliabe; mas eles responderam: Não iremos lá:

Y envió Moisés á llamar á Dathán y Abiram, hijos de Eliab; mas ellos respondieron: No iremos allá:

And Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab: which said, We will not come up:

Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab; and they said, “We won’t come up!

É pouco que nos tenhas feito vir de uma terra que destila leite e mel, para fazer-nos morrer no deserto, mas que também te faças senhor de nós autoritariamente?

¿Es poco que nos hayas hecho venir de una tierra que destila leche y miel, para hacernos morir en el desierto, sino que también te enseñorees de nosotros imperiosamente?

Is it a small thing that thou hast brought us up out of a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except thou make thyself altogether a prince over us?

Is it a small thing that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, but you must also make yourself a prince over us?

Nem tampouco nos puseste tu em terra que flua leite e mel, nem nos deste propriedades de terras e vinhas: hás de arrancar os olhos destes homens? Não subiremos.

Ni tampoco nos has metido tú en tierra que fluya leche y miel, ni nos has dado heredades de tierras y viñas: ¿has de arrancar los ojos de estos hombres? No subiremos.

Moreover thou hast not brought us into a land that floweth with milk and honey, or given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up.

Moreover you haven’t brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey, nor given us inheritance of fields and vineyards. Will you put out the eyes of these men? We won’t come up.”

Então Moisés se irou em grande maneira, e disse ao SENHOR: Não olhes a sua oferta: nem ainda um asno tomei deles, nem a nenhum deles fiz mal.

Entonces Moisés se enojó en gran manera, y dijo á Jehová: No mires á su presente: ni aun un asno he tomado de ellos, ni á ninguno de ellos he hecho mal.

And Moses was very wroth, and said unto the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.

Moses was very angry, and said to the LORD, “Don’t respect their offering. I have not taken one donkey from them, neither have I hurt one of them.”

Depois disse Moisés a Coré: Tu e todo o teu grupo, ponde-vos amanhã diante do SENHOR; tu, e eles, e Arão:

Después dijo Moisés á Coré: Tú y todo tu séquito, poneos mañana delante de Jehová; tú, y ellos, y Aarón:

And Moses said unto Korah, Be thou and all thy company before the LORD, thou, and they, and Aaron, to morrow:

Moses said to Korah, “You and all your company go before the LORD, you, and they, and Aaron, tomorrow.

E tomai cada um seu incensário, e ponde incenso neles, e achegai diante do SENHOR cada um seu incensário: duzentos e cinquenta incensários: tu também, e Arão, cada um com seu incensário.

Y tomad cada uno su incensario, y poned sahumerio en ellos, y allegad delante de Jehová cada uno su incensario: doscientos y cincuenta incensarios: tú también, y Aarón, cada uno con su incensario.

And take every man his censer, and put incense in them, and bring ye before the LORD every man his censer, two hundred and fifty censers; thou also, and Aaron, each of you his censer.

Each man take his censer and put incense on it, and each man bring before the LORD his censer, two hundred fifty censers; you also, and Aaron, each with his censer.”

E tomaram cada um seu incensário, e puseram neles fogo, e lançaram neles incenso, e puseram-se à porta do tabernáculo do testemunho com Moisés e Arão.

Y tomaron cada uno su incensario, y pusieron en ellos fuego, y echaron en ellos sahumerio, y pusiéronse á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio con Moisés y Aarón.

And they took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and Aaron.

They each took his censer, and put fire in it, and laid incense on it, and stood at the door of the Tent of Meeting with Moses and Aaron.

Já Coré havia feito juntar contra eles toda a congregação à porta do tabernáculo do testemunho: então a glória do SENHOR apareceu a toda a congregação.

Ya Coré había hecho juntar contra ellos toda la congregación á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio: entonces la gloria de Jehová apareció á toda la congregación.

And Korah gathered all the congregation against them unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the congregation.

Korah assembled all the congregation opposite them to the door of the Tent of Meeting. The LORD’s glory appeared to all the congregation.

E o SENHOR falou a Moisés e a Arão, dizendo:

Y Jehová habló á Moisés y á Aarón, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

The LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

Apartai-vos dentre esta congregação, e os consumirei em um momento.

Apartaos de entre esta congregación, y consumirlos he en un momento.

Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.

“Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment!”

E eles se lançaram sobre seus rostos, e disseram: Deus, Deus dos espíritos de toda carne, não é um homem o que pecou? E te irarás tu contra toda a congregação?

Y ellos se echaron sobre sus rostros, y dijeron: Dios, Dios de los espíritus de toda carne, ¿no es un hombre el que pecó? ¿y airarte has tú contra toda la congregación?

And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation?

They fell on their faces, and said, “God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and will you be angry with all the congregation?”

Então o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:

Entonces Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

Fala à congregação, dizendo: Apartai-vos de em derredor da tenda de Coré, Datã, e Abirão.

Habla á la congregación, diciendo: Apartaos de en derredor de la tienda de Coré, Dathán, y Abiram.

Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.

“Speak to the congregation, saying, ‘Get away from around the tent of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram!’”

E Moisés se levantou, e foi a Datã e Abirão; e os anciãos de Israel foram atrás dele.

Y Moisés se levantó, y fué á Dathán y á Abiram; y los ancianos de Israel fueron en pos de él.

And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.

E ele falou à congregação, dizendo: Apartai-vos agora das tendas destes ímpios homens, e não toqueis nenhuma coisa sua, porque não pereçais em todos os seus pecados.

Y él habló á la congregación, diciendo: Apartaos ahora de las tiendas de estos impíos hombres, y no toquéis ninguna cosa suya, por que no perezcáis en todos sus pecados.

And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.

He spoke to the congregation, saying, “Depart, please, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins!”

E apartaram-se das tendas de Coré, de Datã, e de Abirão em derredor: e Datã e Abirão saíram e puseram-se às portas de suas tendas, com suas mulheres, e seus filhos, e suas crianças.

Y apartáronse de las tiendas de Coré, de Dathán, y de Abiram en derredor: y Dathán y Abiram salieron y pusiéronse á las puertas de sus tiendas, con sus mujeres, y sus hijos, y sus chiquitos.

So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.

So they went away from the tent of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side. Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood at the door of their tents with their wives, their sons, and their little ones.

E disse Moisés: Em isto conhecereis que o SENHOR me enviou para que fizesse todas estas coisas: que não de meu coração as fiz.

Y dijo Moisés: En esto conoceréis que Jehová me ha enviado para que hiciese todas estas cosas; que no de mi corazón las hice.

And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind.

Moses said, “Hereby you shall know that the LORD has sent me to do all these works; for they are not from my own mind.

Se como morrem todos os homens morrerem estes, ou se forem eles visitados à maneira de todos os homens, o SENHOR não me enviou.

Si como mueren todos los hombres murieren éstos, ó si fueren ellos visitados á la manera de todos los hombres, Jehová no me envió.

If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.

If these men die the common death of all men, or if they experience what all men experience, then the LORD hasn’t sent me.

Mas se o SENHOR fizer uma nova coisa, e a terra abrir sua boca, e os tragar com todas suas coisas, e descerem vivos ao mundo dos mortos, então conhecereis que estes homens irritaram ao SENHOR.

Mas si Jehová hiciere una nueva cosa, y la tierra abriere su boca, y los tragare con todas sus cosas, y descendieren vivos al abismo, entonces conoceréis que estos hombres irritaron á Jehová.

But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.

But if the LORD makes a new thing, and the ground opens its mouth, and swallows them up with all that belong to them, and they go down alive into Sheol, then you shall understand that these men have despised the LORD.”

E aconteceu, que em acabando ele de falar todas estas palavras, rompeu-se a terra que estava debaixo deles:

Y aconteció, que en acabando él de hablar todas estas palabras, rompióse la tierra que estaba debajo de ellos:

And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:

As he finished speaking all these words, the ground that was under them split apart.

E abriu a terra sua boca, e tragou-os a eles, e a suas casas, e a todos os homens de Coré, e a todos os seus pertences.

Y abrió la tierra su boca, y tragólos á ellos, y á sus casas, y á todos los hombres de Coré, y á toda su hacienda.

And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.

The earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up with their households, all of Korah’s men, and all their goods.

E eles, com tudo o que tinham, desceram vivos ao mundo dos mortos, e cobriu-os a terra, e pereceram do meio da congregação.

Y ellos, con todo lo que tenían, descendieron vivos al abismo, y cubriólos la tierra, y perecieron de en medio de la congregación.

They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

So they, and all that belonged to them went down alive into Sheol. The earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly.

E todo Israel, os que estavam em derredor deles, fugiram ao grito deles; porque diziam: Não nos trague também a terra.

Y todo Israel, los que estaban en derredor de ellos, huyeron al grito de ellos; porque decían: No nos trague también la tierra.

And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also.

All Israel that were around them fled at their cry; for they said, “Lest the earth swallow us up!”

E saiu fogo do SENHOR, e consumiu os duzentos e cinquenta homens que ofereciam o incenso.

Y salió fuego de Jehová, y consumió los doscientos y cincuenta hombres que ofrecían el sahumerio.

And there came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.

Fire came out from the LORD, and devoured the two hundred fifty men who offered the incense.

Então o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:

Entonces Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

Dize a Eleazar, filho de Arão sacerdote, que tome os incensários do meio do incêndio, e derrame mais ali o fogo; porque são santificados:

Di á Eleazar, hijo de Aarón sacerdote, que tome los incensarios de en medio del incendio, y derrame más allá el fuego; porque son santificados:

Speak unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter thou the fire yonder; for they are hallowed.

“Speak to Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter the fire away from the camp; for they are holy,

Os incensários destes pecadores contra suas almas: e farão deles placas estendidas para cobrir o altar: porquanto ofereceram com eles diante do SENHOR, são santificados; e serão por sinal aos filhos de Israel.

Los incensarios de estos pecadores contra sus almas: y harán de ellos planchas extendidas para cubrir el altar: por cuanto ofrecieron con ellos delante de Jehová, son santificados; y serán por señal á los hijos de Israel.

The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel.

even the censers of those who sinned against their own lives. Let them be beaten into plates for a covering of the altar, for they offered them before the LORD. Therefore they are holy. They shall be a sign to the children of Israel.”

E o sacerdote Eleazar tomou os incensários de bronze com que os queimados haviam oferecido; e estenderam-nos para cobrir o altar,

Y el sacerdote Eleazar tomó los incensarios de metal con que los quemados habían ofrecido; y extendiéronlos para cubrir el altar,

And Eleazar the priest took the brasen censers, wherewith they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:

Eleazar the priest took the bronze censers which those who were burned had offered; and they beat them out for a covering of the altar,

Em memorial aos filhos de Israel que nenhum estranho que não seja da descendência de Arão, chegue a oferecer incenso diante do SENHOR, para que não seja como Coré, e como seu grupo; segundo se o disse o SENHOR por meio de Moisés.

En recuerdo á los hijos de Israel que ningún extraño que no sea de la simiente de Aarón, llegue á ofrecer sahumerio delante de Jehová, porque no sea como Coré, y como su séquito; según se lo dijo Jehová por mano de Moisés.

To be a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.

to be a memorial to the children of Israel, to the end that no stranger who isn’t of the offspring of Aaron, would come near to burn incense before the LORD, that he not be as Korah and as his company; as the LORD spoke to him by Moses.

No dia seguinte toda a congregação dos filhos de Israel murmurou contra Moisés e Arão, dizendo: Vós haveis matado ao povo do SENHOR.

El día siguiente toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel murmuró contra Moisés y Aarón, diciendo: Vosotros habéis muerto al pueblo de Jehová.

But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD.

But on the next day all the congregation of the children of Israel complained against Moses and against Aaron, saying, “You have killed the LORD’s people!”

E aconteceu que, quando se juntou a congregação contra Moisés e Arão, olharam até o tabernáculo do testemunho, e eis que a nuvem o havia coberto, e apareceu a glória do SENHOR.

Y aconteció que, como se juntó la congregación contra Moisés y Aarón, miraron hacia el tabernáculo del testimonio, y he aquí la nube lo había cubierto, y apareció la gloria de Jehová.

And it came to pass, when the congregation was gathered against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tabernacle of the congregation: and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared.

When the congregation was assembled against Moses and against Aaron, they looked toward the Tent of Meeting. Behold, the cloud covered it, and the LORD’s glory appeared.

E vieram Moisés e Arão diante do tabernáculo do testemunho.

Y vinieron Moisés y Aarón delante del tabernáculo del testimonio.

And Moses and Aaron came before the tabernacle of the congregation.

Moses and Aaron came to the front of the Tent of Meeting.

E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:

Y Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

Apartai-vos do meio desta congregação, e os consumirei em um momento. E eles se lançaram sobre seus rostos.

Apartaos de en medio de esta congregación, y consumirélos en un momento. Y ellos se echaron sobre sus rostros.

Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment. And they fell upon their faces.

“Get away from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment!” They fell on their faces.

E disse Moisés A Arão: Toma o incensário, e põe nele fogo do altar, e sobre ele põe incenso, e vai logo à congregação, e faze expiação por eles; porque o furor saiu de diante da face do SENHOR: a mortandade começou.

Y dijo Moisés á Aarón: Toma el incensario, y pon en él fuego del altar, y sobre él pon perfume, y ve presto á la congregación, y haz expiación por ellos; porque el furor ha salido de delante de la faz de Jehová: la mortandad ha comenzado.

And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun.

Moses said to Aaron, “Take your censer, put fire from the altar in it, lay incense on it, carry it quickly to the congregation, and make atonement for them; for wrath has gone out from the LORD! The plague has begun.”

Então tomou Arão o incensário, como Moisés disse, e correu em meio da congregação: e eis que a mortandade havia começado no povo: e ele pôs incenso, e fez expiação pelo povo.

Entonces tomó Aarón el incensario, como Moisés dijo, y corrió en medio de la congregación: y he aquí que la mortandad había comenzado en el pueblo: y él puso perfume, é hizo expiación por el pueblo.

And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people.

Aaron did as Moses said, and ran into the middle of the assembly. The plague had already begun among the people. He put on the incense, and made atonement for the people.

E pôs-se entre os mortos e os vivos, e cessou a mortandade.

Y púsose entre los muertos y los vivos; y cesó la mortandad.

And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed.

E os que morreram naquela mortandade foram catorze mil e setecentos, sem os mortos pelo negócio de Coré.

Y los que murieron en aquella mortandad fueron catorce mil y setecientos, sin los muertos por el negocio de Coré.

Now they that died in the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, beside them that died about the matter of Korah.
