Números 13

Envoie des hommes pour reconnaître le pays de Canaan que je donne aux enfants d'Israël : vous enverrez un homme par Tribu, chacun pour celle de ses pères, et pris parmi leurs Princes.

Y Jehová habló á Moisés, diciendo:

Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them.

“Send men, that they may spy out the land of Canaan, which I give to the children of Israel. Of every tribe of their fathers, you shall send a man, every one a prince among them.”
