Considerate la qualità della terra, e il popolo che l'abita, se sia forte, o debole; se pochi di numero, o molti:

Y observad la tierra qué tal es; y el pueblo que la habita, si es fuerte ó débil, si poco ó numeroso;

And what the land is that they dwell in, whether it be good or bad; and what cities they be that they dwell in, whether in tents, or in strong holds;
