Nehemías 9

Ma eglino, e i padri nostri operarono con superbia, e induraron le loro cervici, e non ascoltarono i tuoi comandamenti.

Mas ellos y nuestros padres hicieron soberbiamente, y endurecieron su cerviz, y no escucharon tus mandamientos,

But they and our fathers dealt proudly, and hardened their necks, and hearkened not to thy commandments,
