2Nebenan bauten die Männer von Jericho und neben ihnen Sakkur, der Sohn Imris.
3Das Fischtor bauten die Söhne Senaas; sie richteten sein Gebälk auf und setzten die Türflügel, die Schlösser und die Riegel ein.
4Neben ihnen besorgte Meremoth, der Sohn Urias, des Sohnes des Hakkoz, die Ausbesserung, neben ihm Mesullam, der Sohn Berechjas, des Sohnes Mesesabeels, neben ihm Zadok, der Sohn Baenas.
5Neben ihnen arbeiteten die von Thekoa an der Ausbesserung; ihre Vornehmen jedoch beugten den Nacken nicht zum Dienst ihres Herrn.
6Das Tor der Altstadt stellten Jojada, der Sohn Paseahs, und Mesullam, der Sohn Besodjas, instand; sie richteten sein Gebälk auf und setzten die Türflügel, die Schlösser und die Riegel ein.
7Neben ihnen besorgten die Ausbesserung Melatja, der Gibeonite, und Jadon, der Meronothite, samt den Männern von Gibeon und Mizpa, die unter die Gerichtsbarkeit des Landpflegers westlich des (Euphrat-)Stromes gehörten,
8neben ihnen Ussiel, der Sohn Harhajas, von der Zunft der Goldschmiede, neben ihm Hananja von der Zunft der Salbenbereiter. Und sie pflästerten Jerusalem bis zur Breiten Mauer.
9Neben ihnen arbeitete Rephaja, der Sohn Hurs, der Oberste der einen Hälfte des Bezirks Jerusalem, an der Ausbesserung,
10neben ihm Jedaja, der Sohn Harumaphs, gegenüber seinem Hause, neben ihm Hattus, der Sohn Hasabnejas.
11Einen zweiten Abschnitt bearbeiteten Malchia, der Sohn Harims, und Hassub, der Sohn Pahath-Moabs, bis zum Ofenturm.
12Neben ihnen arbeitete Sallum, der Sohn des Hallohes, der Oberste der andern Hälfte des Bezirks Jerusalem, er und seine Töchter.
13Das Taltor besorgten Hanun und die Bewohner von Sanoah. Sie bauten es aus und setzten die Türflügel, die Schlösser und die Riegel ein und arbeiteten tausend Ellen weiter an der Mauer bis zum Misttor.
14Das Misttor aber stellte Malchia, der Sohn Rechabs, der Oberste des Bezirks Beth-Cherem, instand. Er baute es aus und setzte die Türflügel, die Schlösser und die Riegel ein.
15Das Quelltor bearbeitete Sallun, der Sohn Cholhoses, der Oberste des halben Bezirks Mizpa. Er baute es aus, überdachte es, setzte die Türflügel, die Schlösser und die Riegel ein und besserte die Mauer am Teich der Wasserleitung zum Königsgarten aus bis an die Stufen, die von der Davidsstadt herabführen. 16Das nächste Stück besorgte Nehemia, der Sohn Asbuks, der Oberste des halben Bezirks Beth-Zur, bis gegenüber den Davidsgräbern und weiter bis an den künstlichen Teich und bis zum Kriegerhause.
17Ein weiteres Stück besserten die Leviten aus unter Rehum, dem Sohne Banis, ein andres Hasabja, der Oberste des halben Bezirks Kegila, für seinen Bezirk,
18ein andres ihre Brüder unter Binnui, dem Sohne Henadads, dem Obersten der andern Hälfte des Bezirks Kegila.
19Nebenan bearbeitete Eser, der Sohn Jesua's, der Oberste der andern Hälfte von Mizpa, eine zweite Strecke gegenüber dem Aufstieg zum Zeughause am Winkel;
20daneben Baruch, der Sohn Sakkais, eine weitere Strecke vom Winkel bis an die Haustüre des Hohenpriesters Eljasib;
21daneben Meremoth, der Sohn Urias, des Sohnes des Hakkoz, eine weitere Strecke von der Haustüre Eljasibs an bis zum Ende des Hauses Eljasibs.
22Ein weiteres Stück besserten die Priester aus, die Männer des (Jordan-)Gaues,
23ein andres Benjamin und Hassub gegenüber ihrem Hause, ein andres Asarja, der Sohn Maasejas, des Sohnes Ananjas, neben seinem Hause.
24Nebenan bearbeitete Binnui, der Sohn Henadads, eine zweite Strecke von dem Hause Asarjas bis zum Winkel und bis an die Ecke.
25Palal, der Sohn Usais, arbeitete gegenüber dem Winkel und dem obern Turm, der am königlichen Palaste vorspringt, beim Wachthof; neben ihm Pedaja, der Sohn des Parhos, (a) Jer 32:2
26bis gegenüber dem Wassertore im Osten und dem vorspringenden Turm.
27Nebenan besorgten die von Thekoa eine zweite Strecke von der Stelle gegenüber dem grossen vorspringenden Turm bis an die Mauer des Ophel. (a) 2Ch 27:3; 33:14
28Oberhalb des Rosstores arbeiteten die Priester, jeder seinem Hause gegenüber,
29neben ihnen Zadok, der Sohn Immers, seinem Hause gegenüber, neben ihm Semaja, der Sohn Sechanjas, der Hüter des Osttores.
30Neben ihm besserten Hananja, der Sohn Selemjas, und Hanun, der sechste Sohn Zalaphs, eine zweite Strecke aus; neben diesem arbeitete Mesullam, der Sohn Berechjas, gegenüber seiner Tempelzelle,
31neben ihm Malchia, von der Zunft der Goldschmiede, bis an das Haus der Tempelhörigen und der Krämer gegenüber dem Wachttor und bis an den Ecksöller.
32Zwischen dem Ecksöller und dem Schaftore besorgten die Goldschmiede und die Krämer die Ausbesserung.

2Y junto á ella edificaron los varones de Jericó: y luego edificó Zachûr hijo de Imri.
3Y los hijos de Senaa edificaron la puerta del Pescado: ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
4Y junto á ellos restauró Meremoth hijo de Urías, hijo de Cos: y al lado de ellos, restauró Mesullam hijo de Berechîas, hijo de Mesezabeel. Junto á ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Baana.

8Y junto á ellos restauró Uzziel hijo de Harhaía, de los plateros; junto al cual restauró también Hananías, hijo de un perfumero. Así dejaron reparado á Jerusalem hasta el muro ancho.

10Asimismo restauró junto á ellos, y frente á su casa, Jedaías hijo de Harumaph; y junto á él restauró Hattus hijo de Hasbanías.
11Malchîas hijo de Harim y Hasub hijo de Pahath-moab, restauraron la otra medida, y la torre de los Hornos.
12Junto á ellos restauró Sallum hijo de Lohes, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Jerusalem, él con sus hijas.

16Después de él restauró Nehemías hijo de Azbuc, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Beth-sur, hasta delante de los sepulcros de David, y hasta el estanque labrado, y hasta la casa de los Valientes.
17Tras él restauraron los Levitas, Rehum hijo de Bani; junto á él restauró Asabías, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Ceila en su región.

19Y junto á él restauró Ezer hijo de Jesuá, príncipe de Mizpa, la otra medida frente á la subida de la armería de la esquina.
20Después de él se enfervorizó á restaurar Baruch hijo de Zachâi la otra medida, desde la esquina hasta la puerta de la casa de Eliasib gran sacerdote.
21Tras él restauró Meremoth hijo de Urías hijo de Cos la otra medida, desde la entrada de la casa de Eliasib, hasta el cabo de la casa de Eliasib.

1Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even unto the tower of Meah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.
2And next unto him builded the men of Jericho. And next to them builded Zaccur the son of Imri.
3But the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who also laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
4And next unto them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next unto them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next unto them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.
5And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
6Moreover the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
7And next unto them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, unto the throne of the governor on this side the river.

13The valley gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and a thousand cubits on the wall unto the dung gate.
14But the dung gate repaired Malchiah the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Beth-haccerem; he built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
15But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king’s garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.
16After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of the half part of Beth-zur, unto the place over against the sepulchres of David, and to the pool that was made, and unto the house of the mighty.
17After him repaired the Levites, Rehum the son of Bani. Next unto him repaired Hashabiah, the ruler of the half part of Keilah, in his part.
18After him repaired their brethren, Bavai the son of Henadad, the ruler of the half part of Keilah.
19And next to him repaired Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, another piece over against the going up to the armoury at the turning of the wall.
20After him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning of the wall unto the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.

25Palal the son of Uzai made repairs opposite the turning of the wall, and the tower that stands out from the upper house of the king, which is by the court of the guard. After him Pedaiah the son of Parosh made repairs.
26(Now the temple servants lived in Ophel, to the place opposite the water gate toward the east, and the tower that stands out.)
27After him the Tekoites repaired another portion, opposite the great tower that stands out, and to the wall of Ophel.
28Above the horse gate, the priests made repairs, everyone across from his own house.
