15Das Quellthor besserte aus Sallun, der Sohn Chol-Hoses, der Oberste des halben Bezirks von Mizpa - der baute es auf, überdachte es und setzte seine Thüren, Riegel und Querbalken ein -, und weiter die Mauer am Teiche der Wasserleitung zum Königsgarten und bis an die Stufen, die von der Davidsstadt herabführen.

15Y Sallum hijo de Chôl-hoce, príncipe de la región de Mizpa, restauró la puerta de la Fuente: él la reedificó, y la enmaderó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y el muro del estanque de Selah hacia la huerta del rey, y hasta las gradas que descienden de la ciudad de David.

15But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king’s garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.

World English Bible

15Shallun the son of Colhozeh, the ruler of the district of Mizpah, repaired the spring gate. He built it, covered it, and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars; and he repaired the wall of the pool of Shelah by the king’s garden, even to the stairs that go down from David’s city.
