Furono ancora scelti in quel giorno dei sacerdoti, e dei Leviti per aver la soprintendenza dei tesori, affinchè per le loro manii magnati della città presentassero in orrevol rendimento di grazie le offerte delle cose liquide, e delle primizie, e delle decime: imperocché il popol di Giuda era stato grandemente soddisfatto de' sacerdoti, e de' Leviti, che erano stati alla funzione.
