17Tus guardas o capitanes se parecen a las langostas, y tus pequeños habitantes o soldados a las tiernas langostas; las cuales hacen asiento en los vallados durante el frío de la noche; pero luego que el sol ha nacido, se levantan, y ya no queda rastro de ellas en el lugar en donde han parado.

17Tus príncipes serán como langostas, y tus grandes como langostas de langostas que se sientan en vallados en día de frío: salido el sol se mudan, y no se conoce el lugar donde estuvieron.
