Ein eifersüchtiger Gott ist der Herr, ein Rächer und voller Grimm. Ein Rächer ist der Herr gegenüber seinen Feinden, er verharrt im Zorn gegen seine Widersacher. (a) 2Mo 20:5; Ps 94:1

Dios celoso y vengador es Jehová; vengador es Jehová, y Señor de ira; Jehová, que se venga de sus adversarios, y que guarda enojo para sus enemigos.

God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

The LORD is a jealous God and avenges. The LORD avenges and is full of wrath. The LORD takes vengeance on his adversaries, and he maintains wrath against his enemies.

Wohl ist der Herr langmütig und von grosser Huld, doch ungestraft lässt er nicht. In Sturm und Wetter fährt er einher, und Gewölk ist der Staub seiner Füsse. (a) 2Mo 34:6 7; Ps 145:8

Jehová es tardo para la ira, y grande en poder, y no tendrá al culpado por inocente. Jehová marcha entre la tempestad y turbión, y las nubes son el polvo de sus pies.

Er schilt das Meer und trocknet es aus, und alle Ströme lässt er versiegen. Basan und Karmel verschmachten, und die Blüte des Libanon welkt.

El amenaza á la mar, y la hace secar, y agosta todos los ríos: Basán fué destruído, y el Carmelo, y la flor del Líbano fué destruída.

He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.

Die Berge erbeben vor ihm, und die Hügel zerschmelzen; vor seinem Angesichte erbraust die Erde, der Erdkreis samt allen, die darauf wohnen. (a) 2Mo 19:18; Ps 18:8; 97:5

Los montes tiemblan de él, y los collados se deslíen; y la tierra se abrasa á su presencia, y el mundo, y todos los que en él habitan.

The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.

Wer kann bestehen vor seinem Groll? wer hält stand bei der Glut seines Zorns? Sein Grimm ergiesst sich wie Feuer, und die Felsen geraten vor ihm in Brand.

¿Quién permanecerá delante de su ira? ¿y quién quedará en pié en el furor de su enojo? Su ira se derrama como fuego, y por él se hienden las peñas.

Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.

Der Herr ist gütig gegen die, die auf ihn hoffen, eine Zuflucht am Tage der Not; er kennt, die bei ihm sich bergen, (a) Kla 3:25

Bueno es Jehová para fortaleza en el día de la angustia; y conoce á los que en él confían.

er rettet sie bei überströmender Flut. Ein Ende macht er seinen Widersachern, seine Feinde jagt er in die Finsternis.

Mas con inundación impetuosa hará consumación de su lugar, y tinieblas perseguirán á sus enemigos.

But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.

Was denkt ihr denn von dem Herrn? Nicht zweimal wird sich die Drangsal erheben; denn bis zur Vernichtung führt er's durch.

¿Qué pensáis contra Jehová? El hará consumación: la tribulación no se levantará dos veces.

What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.

What do you plot against the LORD? He will make a full end. Affliction won’t rise up the second time.

Abgehauene Dornen sind sie alle, sie werden verzehrt wie dürre Stoppeln.

Porque como espinas entretegidas, mientras se embriagarán los borrachos, serán consumidos como las estopas llenas de sequedad.

For while they be folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry.

For entangled like thorns, and drunken as with their drink, they are consumed utterly like dry stubble.

Ist nicht von dir ausgegangen, der Arges sann wider den Herrn, der Heilloses plante?

De ti salió el que pensó mal contra Jehová, un consultor impío.

There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the LORD, a wicked counsellor.

One has gone out of you who devises evil against the LORD, who counsels wickedness.

SO spricht der Herr: Wenn sie auch unversehrt sind und noch so zahlreich, sie müssen doch verschwinden und vergehen. Habe ich dich gedemütigt, so will ich dich nicht wieder demütigen. (1) Kap. 1,12 - 2,4: Versreihenfolge in Originalüs: 14, 12, 13, 1, 3, 2, 4.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Aunque reposo tengan, y sean tantos, así serán talados, y él pasará. Bien que te he afligido, no más te afligiré.

Thus saith the LORD; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.

The LORD says: “Though they are in full strength and likewise many, even so they will be cut down and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more.

Und nun will ich sein Joch, das auf dir lastet, zerbrechen, will deine Bande zerreissen.

Porque ahora quebraré su yugo de sobre ti, y romperé tus coyundas.

For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.

Darum hat der Herr wider dich Befehl erlassen: Dein Name soll nicht mehr fortgepflanzt werden. Aus dem Hause deines Gottes tilge ich Schnitzbild und Gussbild; ich mache die Schmach dir zum Grabe. (a) Mi 5:13

Mas acerca de ti mandará Jehová, que nunca más sea sembrado alguno de tu nombre: de la casa de tu dios talaré escultura y estatua de fundición, haréla tu sepulcro; porque fuiste vil.

And the LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.

The LORD has commanded concerning you: “No more descendants will bear your name. Out of the house of your gods, I will cut off the engraved image and the molten image. I will make your grave, for you are vile.”

He aquí sobre los montes los pies del que trae buenas nuevas, del que pregona la paz. Celebra, oh Judá, tus fiestas, cumple tus votos: porque nunca más pasará por ti el malvado; pereció del todo.

Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.

Behold, on the mountains the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace! Keep your feasts, Judah! Perform your vows, for the wicked one will no more pass through you. He is utterly cut off.
