4El amenaza al mar y lo deja seco, y a los ríos los convierte, cuando quiere, en tierra seca. Hace volver estériles las fértiles montañas de Basán y del Carmelo, y que se marchiten las flores del Líbano.

4He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.
