Und nachdem er erwacht war, bedrohte er den Wind und sprach zum See: Schweig, verstumme! Da legte sich der Wind, und es trat eine grosse Windstille ein. (a) Mr 6:51; Ps 89:10; 107:23-32

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

He awoke and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” The wind ceased and there was a great calm.
