E alzatosi di gran mattina usci fuora, ed andò in un luogo solitario, e quivi stava in orazione.

Y levantándose muy de mañana, aun muy de noche, salió y se fué á un lugar desierto, y allí oraba.

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.
